虚假评价作为目前电子商务市场中难以忽略的问题之一,已逐渐引起部分专家学者的注意,因此本研究通过探讨电子商务市场的现象与虚假评价问题的成因,在分析现有文献的基础上,概述了电子商务市场上虚假评价产生的原因,指出虚假评价对电子商务产生了商品质量难以评估、市场秩序混乱以及消费者权益受损的危害,针对此,提出了一系列对策,包括加强法律法规建设、强化平台责任和加强消费者教育等,以期对虚假评价现象的打击提供部分可供参考的建议。As one of the problems that are difficult to ignore in the current e-commerce market, false evaluation has gradually attracted the attention of some experts and scholars, so this study summarizes the causes of false evaluation in the e-commerce market by discussing the phenomenon of e-commerce market and the causes of false evaluation, and on the basis of analyzing the existing literature, this paper summarizes the causes of false evaluations in the e-commerce market, and points out that false evaluation has caused the harm of difficult assessment of commodity quality, chaotic market order and damage to consumer rights and interests of e-commerce, and proposes a series of countermeasures. This includes strengthening the construction of laws and regulations, strengthening platform responsibility, and strengthening consumer education, in order to provide some suggestions for reference in the crackdown on the phenomenon of false evaluation.
