日本鼓虾线粒体基因组:真虾下目内部的基因重排与系统发育被引量:2

在日本鼓虾线粒体基因组完成的基础上,结合现有线粒体基因组数据,全面揭示了真虾类线粒体基因组的基本特征.日本鼓虾线粒体基因组全长16487bp,包含37个基因,与后生动物线粒体基因组的标准基因组成一致.4个已完成的真虾类(罗氏沼虾、日本沼虾、沼虾Macrobrachium lanchesteri和夏威夷红虾)线粒体基因组的基因排列与泛甲壳动物的原始排列完全相同,过去曾经认为在真虾下目线粒体基因组中没有基因重排现象.然而,鼓虾线粒体基因组中存在1个转运RNA基因(trnE)的易位和反转,这种基因排列方式在其他甲壳动物线粒体基因组中未见报道.同时,脊尾白虾线粒体基因组中存在1个转运RNA基因(trnP或trnT)的易位.分别统计了2种鼓虾(日本鼓虾和鲜明鼓虾)和3种沼虾(罗氏沼虾、日本沼虾和沼虾M.lanchesteri)13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)非同义替换与同义替换的比值(Ka/Ks),发现鼓虾和沼虾所有线粒体蛋白质编码基因的Ka/Ks均小于1,显示出强烈的纯化选择.基于线粒体基因组的系统发育分析结果,强烈支持长臂虾科和鼓虾科为单系群,并且其在科级的亲缘关系为:(长臂虾科+鼓虾科)+匙指虾科(BPM=100,BPP=100).

A new record of a species of Alpheus(Decapoda: Caridea: Alpheidae) from China

This paper reports a new record of Alpheus tenuicarpus de Man, 1908 that belongs to the Brevirostris group of Alpheus from Chinese seas. The species is re-described and includes morphological characters not in the original description. A key to species of the group is provided. Remarks on similar species are also provided.

1鼓虾科简介 鼓虾科(Alpheidae)隶属于节肢动物门(Arthropoda)甲壳动物亚门(Crustacea)十足目(Decapoda)真虾下目(Caridea),是一个物种丰富和生态多样性非常高的科[1],至今已建立47属[2],其中仅鼓虾属(Alpheus)就已发现近300种[2-5]。本科中多为穴居或潜伏生活的种类,大部分种生活于热带和亚热带浅海,以印度洋-西太平洋区种类最为丰富[6],少数种生活在寒温带。

A new species of the genus Arcoscalpellum(Cirripedia,Thoracica,Scalpellidae) from deep waters in the South China Sea被引量:3

A new species of deep-water barnacle that belongs to the family Scalpellidae is described from the South China Sea. A rcoscalpellum liui sp. nov. is morphologically similar to A rcoscalpellum gryllum Zevina,but differs from the latter by the absence of longitudinal striae on the capitular plates and the presence of caudal appendages with few terminal setae.

A review of the genus Synalpheus(Crustacea:Decapoda:Caridea:Alpheidae) from China seas

The genus Synalpheus(Decapoda: Alpheidae) from China seas is reviewed.Thirty one species belonging to this genus are described and illustrated in the present paper, including 4 new species and 6 newly recorded species from the China seas as following: S. brevrostrus sp. nov., S.jinqingensis sp. nov., S.liui sp. nov.,S.tonkinensis sp. nov., S.biunguiculatus(Stimpson, 1860), S.gracilirostris de Man, 1910, S.iphinoe de Man, 1909, S.lophodactylus Coutière, 1908, S.modestus de Man, 1909 and S.mortenseni Banners, 1985. A key to 31 species of the genus Synalpheus from China seas is provided.

Complete mitochondrial genome of the Japanese snapping shrimp Alpheus japonicus(Crustacea:Decapoda:Caridea):Gene rearrangement and phylogeny within Caridea被引量:3

The complete sequence of the mitochondrial genome of the Japanese snapping shrimp Alpheus japonicus Miers(Crustacea:Decapoda:Caridea) is presented here.A comparative analysis based on the currently available mitochondrial genomic data revealed many previously unknown characteristics of the mitochondrial genomes of caridean shrimps.The A.japonicus mitochondrial genome is 16487 bp long and contains the typical set of 37 metazoan genes.The gene arrangements in the mitochondrial genomes of four previously studied carideans(Macrobrachium rosenbergii,M.nipponense,M.lanchesteri and Halocaridina rubra) were found to be identical to the pancrustacean ground pattern;thus,it was considered that gene rearrangements probably did not occur in the suborder Caridea.In the present study,a translocation of the trnE gene involving inversion was found in Alpheus mitochondrial genomes.This phenomenon has not been reported in any other crustacean mitochondrial genome that has been studied so far;however,the translocation of one transfer RNA gene(trnP or trnT) was reported in the mitochondrial genome of Exopalaemon carinicauda.When the ratios of the nonsynonymous and synonymous substitutions rates(Ka/Ks) for the 13 protein coding genes from two Alpheus species(A.japonicus and A.distinguendus) and three Macrobrachium species(M.rosenbergii,M.nipponense,M.lanchesteri) were calculated,the Ka/Ks values for all the protein coding genes in Alpheus and Macrobrachium mitochondrial genomes were found to be less than 1(between 0.0048 and 0.2057),indicating that a strong purification selection had occurred.The phylogenetic tree that was constructed based on the mitochondrial protein coding genes in the genomes of nine related species indicated that Palaemonidae and Alpheidae formed a monophyly and shared a statistically significant relationship,(Palaemonidae+Alpheidae)+Atyidae,at the family level.
