Preparation and characterization of CeO_2 doped ZnO nano-tubes fluorescent composite被引量:3

ZnO nanotubes were hydrothermally synthesized and the ZNTs/CeO2 fluorescent composite were prepared by introducing nano CeO2 particles into ZnO nano-tubes via a chemical solution adsorption and annealing process. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy and room temperature photoluminescence measurement. Due to the interaction between Ce4+ and the surface atoms of ZnO2 nano-tubes, a photoluminescence enhancement was observed in ZNTs/CeO2 composites compared with that of ZNTs.

利用尾矿制备人造云英石试验研究

以不饱和聚酯树脂、尾矿为主要原料,在常温常压下浇铸制备了人造云英石板。运用光泽度仪、蔡司偏光显微镜以及傅立叶红外光谱仪等对制得的人造石的结构、光泽度、力学性能,耐腐蚀性进行了测试及观察;研究了不同粒度的尾矿对产品性能的影响。结果表明:随着尾矿颗粒的减小,光泽度呈增大趋势,抗弯强度增大,填料粒度在-325目时,人造石的光泽度为51.46,弯曲强度为70.15MPa;试样经20%H2SO4溶液浸泡后有不同程度的腐蚀,尾矿的颗粒越小,耐腐蚀性越差。

Solvo-thermal synthesis and characterization of nest-like zinc oxide被引量:2

With Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and NaOH as starting materials, a novel nest-like ZnO nanostructure was successfully synthesized by a solvo-thermal method. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, photoluminescence and scanning electron microscopy. The growth mechanism of the nest-like ZnO was discussed. The results show that the as-synthesized samples have a wurtzite structure, with a weak UV emission at about 395 nm, a green emission at around 557 nm and a blue-green emission at 453 nm. SEM investigation reveals that the growth route of the nest-like ZnO can be considered involving three stages: nano-sized ZnO sheet can be firstly achieved, then outspreads quickly and increasingly becomes a long fishbone-like strip with many branch sheets, and finally these sheets curl into a nest-like structure.

Novel Copper(II) and Zinc(II) 2-D Supramolecular Structures Based on Carboxylate and 1-Substitutedimidazole Mixed-ligands

Using the ligand bis(3-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-1-phenylpropan-1-one) L, two novel com- plexes [CuL2(ph))]·H2O 1 and [ZnL2(tp)] 2 (ph = phthalic acid, tp = terephthalic acid) have been synthesized and their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 1: triclinic, space group P1, a = 9.4300(17), b = 12.148(2), c = 13.721(2) , α = 109.620(2), β = 94.351(2), γ = 94.830(2)°, C32H30N4O7Cu, Mr = 646.14, V = 1466.2(4) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.464 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.801 mm-1, F(000) = 670, the final R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0859 for 5122 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). And those for 2: monoclinic, space group P2/n, a = 7.1866(11), b = 14.144(2), c = 14.407(2) , β = 101.427(2)°, C32H28N4O6Zn, Mr = 629.95, V = 1435.4(4) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.457 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.908 mm-1, F(000) = 652, the final R = 0.0438 and wR = 0.0821 for 2546 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In 1 and 2, ph or tp ligands bridge the six-coordinated copper(II) or four-coordinated zinc(II) ions forming 1D zigzag chains while L ligands act as the terminal monodentate ligand. It is noted that weak non-classical C–H···O plays the important and dominating roles in the formation of 2D supramolecular architectures of 1, but in 2 non-classical C–H···O and aromatic π-π stacking interactions are quite important and play dominant roles in the self-assembly of 2D supramolecular architectures.

利用超声法制备γ-Al_2O_3/7-羟基香豆素纳米复合发光材料被引量:1

利用超声法,以7-羟基香豆素和γ-Al2O3纳米粉为原料,成功地制备出了γ-Al2O3/7-羟基香豆素纳米复合发光材料。测试结果表明:由于γ-Al2O3纳米粉和7-羟基香豆素之间的相互作用,所制得的复合材料的荧光强度明显高于原料本身的强度。此外,还研究了7-羟基香豆素溶液的浓度和超声处理的时间对复合材料荧光性能的影响。

采用草酸沉淀法制备了纳米CeO2粉体,通过XRD、TEM等测试手段对其进行了结构表征和形貌分析;应用荧光光谱法对样品的发光性能进行了测试;探讨了纳米CeO2粉体的发光机理以及热处理温度对其发光性能的影响.结果表明,实验所得的纳米CeO2为立方萤石结构,其颗粒尺寸约为20-30nm,形貌接近于球形.纳米CeO2粉体具有良好的紫蓝色发光性能,主要是Ce4f→O2p跃迁和缺陷能级→O2p跃迁共同作用的结果,其发光强度随热处理温度的升高而增强.

蛋清蛋白辅助水热法制备CeO_2纳米棒及其发光性能被引量:4

本文以氯化铈和氢氧化钠为反应原料,以新鲜蛋清为络合剂,探索在水热体系中制备CeO2纳米棒。通过XRD、FESEM等测试手段对其进行了结构和形貌分析;应用荧光光谱法对样品的发光性能进行了测试。XRD结果表明,实验所得产物为立方萤石结构CeO2。FESEM分析可知,所得CeO2纳米棒为规则六方柱结构,其长度约为200 nm、直径约为几十纳米。荧光光谱分析可知其在紫蓝色发光区具有较强的发光性能。
