声发射技术作为一种无损检测技术,在金属结构的疲劳探伤中得到了广泛的关注和研究。介绍了声发射的基本原理,分析了声发射参数与疲劳力学参数的关系,总结了声发射技术在金属疲劳研究中所取得的成果及在工程中的应用情况,最后展望了声发射技术在金属结构疲劳损伤检测领域的应用前景。

基于子模型法的异形拱桥三角区应力分析被引量:2

为掌握运营状态下异形钢管混凝土系杆拱桥复杂受力区的应力水平及分布,应用子模型法对某异形拱桥三角区进行了精细模拟与分析。结合静载试验,分析了不同荷载工况下大桥复杂受力区的应力水平与分布特点。分析结果表明:大桥拱脚三角区结构受力复杂,偏载作用比对称加载时更不利。偏载作用时产生的扭矩对三角区结构受力状态影响大。子模型法计算结果准确可靠,能够真实反映各种工况下的拱脚三角区的受力状态,是分析异形拱桥复杂结构区应力水平及其分布的有效方法。本文的计算分析结果可以为大桥安全监测系统设计与结构安全性分析评估提供依据。

考虑桩土作用的海岸独塔自锚式悬索桥抗震性能被引量:1

为了掌握运营状态下海岸独塔自锚式悬索桥的抗震性能,本文以烟台夹河大桥(桥跨布置为115m+115m的钢-混组合结构独塔自锚式悬索桥)为背景,建立三维有限元模型,应用直接积分法进行非线性时程分析,分别研究纵向漂浮体系和约束体系下三塔自锚式悬索桥的地震响应特征,并对构件抗震能力进行了评价。研究结果表明:塔根截面、群桩桩顶是结构抗震的关键部位;相对纵向漂浮体系而言,纵向约束体系中塔梁纵向约束可以有效地限制主梁的纵向振动,使得索鞍抗滑安全系数较大,边塔及中塔地震变形较小,主梁截面弯矩较小,梁端伸缩缝位移需求也较小。

Damage alarming of long-span suspension bridge based on GPS-RTK monitoring被引量:5

Structure damage identification and alarming of long-span bridge were conducted with three-dimensional dynamic displacement data collected by GPS subsystem of health monitoring system on Runyang Suspension Bridge.First,the effects of temperature on the main girder spatial position coordinates were analyzed from the transverse,longitudinal and vertical directions of bridge,and the correlation regression models were built between temperature and the position coordinates of main girder in the longitudinal and vertical directions;then the alarming indices of coordinate residuals were conducted,and the mean-value control chart was applied to making statistical pattern identification for abnormal changes of girder dynamic coordinates;and finally,the structural damage alarming method of main girder was established.Analysis results show that temperature has remarkable correlation with position coordinates in the longitudinal and vertical directions of bridge,and has weak correlation with the transverse coordinates.The 3%abnormal change of the longitudinal coordinates and 5%abnormal change of the vertical ones caused by structural damage are respectively identified by the mean-value control chart method based on GPS dynamic monitoring data and hence the structural abnormalities state identification and damage alarming for main girder of long-span suspension bridge can be realized in multiple directions.

Fatigue Performance Analysis and Evaluation for Steel Box Girder Based on Structural Health Monitoring System被引量:1

Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge as a long-span suspension bridge,the finite element model(FEM)of it is established using the ANSYS Software.The beam4 element is used to simulate the main beam to establish the“spine beam”model of the Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge.The calculated low-order vibration mode frequency of the FEM is in good agreement with the completion test results.The model can simulate the overall dynamic response of the bridge.Based on the vehicle load survey,the Monte Carlo method is applied to simulate the traffic load flow.Then the overall dynamic response analysis of FEM is car-ried out.Taking the bending moment of the main beam as the control index,the fatigue sensitive section in the steel box girder of FEM is analyzed.Based on the strain time history data of steel box girder recorded by the structural health mon-itoring system(SHM),the true stress response of steel box girder under vehicle load is extracted.Taking the cumulative fatigue damage increment as the evalua-tion index,the fati gue performance evaluation of the steel box girders is con-ducted based on the collected health monitoring data.The fatigue effect of the beam section near the steel tower,especially the first section of the middle tower,is the key section of the fatigue analysis by health morning system,which is con-sistent with the calculation results of FEM.

大跨桥梁缆索钢丝腐蚀速率的试验研究被引量:9

为了探讨大跨桥梁缆索腐蚀规律,根据缆索钢丝的实际腐蚀状态制作了圆柱形腐蚀电极,基于正交试验设计原理和电化学实验方法进行了缆索高强度钢丝的腐蚀速率研究.在对试验结果直观分析和方差分析的基础上,研究了温度、含盐量、pH值等因素及交互作用对钢丝腐蚀速率的影响规律.研究结果表明,环境影响因素的主次顺序为:NaCl浓度>温度>温度与pH值的交互作用>pH值>温度与NaCl浓度的交互作用>NaCl浓度与pH值的交互作用.温度和NaCl浓度对钢丝腐蚀速率的影响呈单调关系,而pH值的影响呈非单调关系.

基于疲劳性能的正交异性钢桥面板构造参数优化分析被引量:2

为了给正交异性钢桥面板各构造参数的抗疲劳设计提供理论参考,以泰州大桥钢箱梁标准梁段为研究对象,建立钢箱梁参数化有限元模型.以焊缝疲劳性能为目标,提出了基于BP神经网络与遗传算法相结合的构造参数优化方法,进行了车载作用、车载-温度共同作用下钢箱梁构造参数的最优设计分析.结果表明,三层神经网络预测模型客观地反映了正交异性钢桥面板主要构造参数与焊缝等效应力幅的对应关系,模型预测结果与ANSYS分析结果高度吻合,最大相对误差不超过5%.车辆荷载对于钢箱梁构造参数优化结果影响较大.温度作用对于钢箱梁顶板厚度和U肋开口尺寸2个参数的优化结果影响较大,尤其是对于普通车道钢箱梁焊缝疲劳性能的影响较大.

Fatigue Performance Evaluation for Welded Details in Orthotropic Steel Deck Bridges Using Multi-Scale Finite Element Method

In order to study the fatigue properties of rib-to-deck welded connection and rib-to-rib welded connection in orthotropic steel bridge decks,a multi-scale finite element model was set up to analyze the stress distribution characteristics and the load test was conducted on the Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge.Comparing the vehicle test results with the muli-scale finite element model results to verify the accuracy of the finite element simulation for the stress response of two welded details.The results indicated that The stress at the rib-to-deck welded connection and the rib-to-rib welded connection are the bending stress and the membrane stress,respectively;the stress response of the two welded connection has strong local characteristics;the lateral stress influence line of the two welded connection is relatively short and the length of the lateral stress influence line is greatly affected by the longitudinal ribs;increasing the thickness of the roof and longitudinal ribs can reduce the stress response and improve the stress performance of the heavy lanes.For the two welded details,the fatigue damage increment of the ordinary lane is greater than the heavy lane.The thickened roof and longitudinal ribs at the position of the heavy lane still cannot balance the fatigue damage caused by the heavy truck.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly control the fatigue effect of overloaded vehicles on steel box girders.

考虑低周疲劳损伤效应的钢筋混凝土柱Park-Ang损伤修正模型被引量:5

针对现有钢筋混凝土构件损伤模型存在指标上下界不收敛、疲劳效应考虑不足等问题,提出了一种考虑低周疲劳效应的Park-Ang损伤修正模型.按照非线性叠加规律,调整模型最大变形和滞回耗能效应的组合形式.考虑低周疲劳效应的影响,通过遗传算法确定滞回耗能损伤的最优函数.以钢筋混凝土柱为研究对象,采用该修正模型进行了损伤评估,并与6种经典的损伤模型的评估结果进行了对比分析.结果表明,修正的Park-Ang模型适用于单调加载、变幅循环加载和等幅循环加载等各种加载路径的损伤评估,并且在构件失效状态的损伤计算误差小于10%,可以更准确地评估钢筋混凝土构件在任意加载路径下的损伤演化规律.

Analysis of Office-Teaching Comprehensive Buildings Using a Modified Seismic Performance Evaluation Method

Current building design codes allow the appearance of structural and nonstructural damage under design basis earthquakes.The research regarding probabilistic seismic loss estimation in domestic building structure is urgent.The evaluation in this paper is based on a 11-story reinforced concrete office building,incremental dynamic analysis(IDA)is conducted in Perform 3D program using models capable to simulate all possible limit states up to collapse.Next,the probability distribution of post-earthquake casualties,rebuild costs repair costs and business downtime loss are calculated in PACT software for the studied building considering the modified component vulnerability groups and population flow models.The evaluation procedure can also shed light on other types of buildings in China.For non-typical functional building structures,this article proposes to build a finite element model of structural components and to classify the vulnerability groups based on the construction drawings,and to supply and improve the vulnerability library of appendages in FEMA P-58 according to the actual situation.In this way,the application scope of building seismic performance evaluation can be expanded.
