环境工程专业实验教学改革探讨被引量:2

在大学本科教育中,理论教学和实验教学之间并非主从关系,而是相对独立、相互依存,又相互促进的有机统一体。专业实验教学是环境工程专业培养计划中的一个重要部分,学生培养的质量与专业实验教学之间有着不可分割的联系。对于环境工程专业来说,进行实验教学的改革对培养高素质环境工程专业人才具有非常重要的意义。本文探讨了如何开展专业综合实验,新增专题实验和鼓励学生参与创新实验研究相结合,以培养高素质的环境工程专业人才。

Wear behavior of SiC/PyC composite materials prepared by electromagnetic-field-assisted CVI被引量:1

Silicon carbide/pyrolytic carbon (SiC/PyC) composite materials with excellent performance of self-lubrication and wear resistance were prepared on SiC substrates by electromagnetic-field-assisted chemical vapor infiltration (CVI). The composition and microstructure of the SiC/PyC materials were investigated in detail by XRD, SEM and EDS, etc. The effects of the deposition temperature on the section features and wear resistance of the SiC/PyC were studied. The results show that the PyC layers were deposited onto SiC substrates spontaneously at a lower deposition temperature. The SiC substrates deposited with PyC can significantly reduce the wear rate of the self-dual composite materials under dry sliding condition. The wear tests suggest that the SiC/PyC composite materials own a better wear resistance property when the deposition temperature is 800 °C, and the wear rate is about 64.6% of that without the deposition of PyC.

热处理对3D C/C复合材料断裂行为的影响被引量:1

采用3D炭纤维预制体,以丙烯作为碳源,氮气作为载气,利用自制的快速CVI炉制备了C/C复合材料。详细分析了不同CVI工艺下,热处理对C/C复合材料断裂强度、断裂方式以及材料均匀性的影响。力学性能测试结果表明,材料的弯曲断裂特征与制备过程中受到的高温热处理次数有关。与1次连续CVI工艺相比,多阶段连续CVI工艺下,C/C复合材料经过2次"CVI-热处理"循环工艺后,其密度达1.8 g/cm3,抗弯强度达196.69 MPa,断裂方式为假塑性断裂,材料在Weibull概率分布下强度分散性较小。

ACFs吸附溶液中甲基橙的性能研究被引量:1

利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面分析仪和FTIR对活性炭纤维(ACFs)进行表征,并研究了ACFs对溶液中甲基橙的吸附性能。考察了吸附动力学、pH值、吸附温度及甲基橙溶液初始浓度对吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,平衡吸附时间选取150 min,在溶液为中性条件下,溶液中甲基橙的去除率最高,溶液pH值为6时去除率达到最大值为93.45%;溶液温度为25℃时,ACFs的吸附效果最好;甲基橙的去除率随着甲基橙初始浓度增加而增大。等温吸附数据符合Freundlich吸附等温模型,吸附反应过程符合Langergren准一级动力学方程。

ACFs对溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能研究

利用比表面分析仪、扫描电镜和红外光谱仪对活性炭纤维(ACFs)的性能进行表征。选择一定浓度的六价铬[Cr(Ⅵ)]溶液进行吸附研究,考察接触时间、溶液pH值以及溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的初始质量浓度对吸附行为的影响。结果表明,最佳接触时间为125 min;Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率随着pH值的减小而增大,当pH=2.0时达到最大;Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附量随着Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度的增加而增大,而去除率随着Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度的增加而减小。此外,对材料的吸附机制进行了简要的分析。

Improved oxidation resistance of chemical vapor reaction SiC coating modified with silica for carbon/carbon composites被引量:4

To protect carbon/carbon (C/C) composites from oxidation, a SiC coating modified with SiO2 was prepared by a complex technology. The inner SiC coating with thickness varying from 150 to 300 μm was initially coated by chemical vapor reaction (CVR): a simple and cheap technique to prepare the SiC coating via siliconizing the substrate that was exposed to the mixed vapor (Si and SiO2) at high temperatures (1 923?2 273 K). Then the as-prepared coating was processed by a dipping and drying procedure with tetraethoxysilane as source materials to form SiO2 to fill the cracks and holes. Oxidation tests show that, after oxidation in air at 1 623 K for 10 h and thermal cycling between 1 623 K and room temperature 5 times, the mass loss of the CVR coated sample is up to 18.21%, while the sample coated with modified coating is only 5.96%, exhibiting an obvious improvement of oxidation and thermal shock resistance of the coating. The mass loss of the modified sample is mainly contributed to the reaction of C/C substrate with oxygen diffusing through the penetrating cracks formed in thermal shock tests.

Bending properties and fracture mechanism of C/C composites with high density preform被引量:9

C/C composites with banded structure pyrocarbon were fabricated by fast chemical vapor infiltration(CVI),with C3H6 as carbon source,N2 as carrier gas,and three-dimensional(3D) 12K PAN-based carbon fabric with high density of 0.94 g/cm3 as preform.Experimental results indicated that the fracture characteristics of C/C composites were closely related to the frequency of high-temperature treatment(HTT) at the break of CVI process.According to the load?displacement curves,C/C composites showed a pseudoplastic fracture after twice of HTT.After three times of HTT,load?displacement curves tended to be stable with a decreasing bending strength at 177.5 MPa.Delamination failure and intrastratal fiber fracture were observed at the cross-section of C/C composites by scanning electronic microscope.Because the content of pyrocarbon and fibers has a different distribution in layers,the C/C composites show different fracture characteristics at various regions,which leads to good toughness and bending strength.

Effect of pyrolysis temperature on properties of ACF/CNT composites

Activated carbon fiber/carbon nanotube(ACF/CNT) composites were fabricated by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) process.The effects of pyrolysis temperature on properties of ACF/CNT composites,including BET specific surface area,mass increment rate and adsorption efficiency for rhodamine B in solution,were investigated by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the pyrolysis temperature is a key factor affecting the qualities of ACF/CNT composites.The mass increment rate and BET specific surface area sharply decrease with the increase of pyrolysis temperatures from 550 ℃ to 850 ℃ and the minimum diameter of CNTs appears at 750 ℃.The maximum adsorption efficiency of ACF/CNT composites for rhodamine B is obtained at 650 ℃.ACF/CNT composites are expected to be useful in adsorption field.

采用化学气相反应法在C/C复合材料表面制备了SiC涂层,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及能谱等分析手段研究了涂层的形貌和结构,并采用三点弯曲试验研究了材料的力学性能,讨论了SiC涂层及制备工艺对复合材料断裂行为的影响.结果表明:涂层后材料的弯曲强度和最大断裂位移明显增大.未涂层C/C复合材料的平均弯曲强度为172.4MPa,而涂层后C/C复合材料的平均弯曲强度为239.8MPa,弯曲强度提高了39.1%.涂层试样强度的提高主要与制备过程中部分蒸气扩散渗透反应引起的界面强化及SiC颗粒的增强作用有关.此外,涂层后材料的断裂模式未发生明显转变,断裂过程中试样表现出一定的假塑性和韧性断裂特征.

Anti-oxidation behavior of chemical vapor reaction SiC coatings on different carbon materials at high temperatures被引量:13

To protect carbon materials from oxidation,SiC coatings were prepared on carbon/carbon(C/C)composites and graphite by chemical vapor reaction.SEM and XRD analyses show that the coatings obtained are composed of SiC grains and micro-crystals. The influence of different carbon substrates on oxidation behavior of coated samples was investigated,and then their oxidation mechanisms were studied.Oxidation test shows that the SiC coated graphite has a better oxidation resistance than SiC coated C/C composites at high temperatures(1 623 K and 1 823 K).In the oxidation process,the oxidation curves of SiC coated C/C composites are linear,while those of SiC coated graphite follow a quasi-parabolic manner.The oxidation mechanism of the former is controlled by chemical reaction while the latter is controlled by oxygen diffusion based on the experimental results.The variation of oxidation behavior and mechanism of SiC coatings on two kinds of carbon substrates are primarily contributed to their structure differences.
