Cu掺杂ZnO薄膜光学性能、表面浸润性及其光诱导转变被引量:1

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Cu0.05Zn0.95O和Cu0.10Zn0.90O薄膜,在500,600,700和800℃条件下对薄膜进行退火处理,用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、紫外可见分光光度计、荧光光谱仪和接触角测试仪测试薄膜的微结构、表面形貌、透射光谱、光致发光谱和接触角。结果显示,对于相同Cu含量ZnO薄膜,随着退火温度升高,CuO衍射峰的强度明显增强,粗糙度均方根值先减小后增大,紫外吸收边发生红移,紫光发射强度逐渐增大。光照前,薄膜接触角均大于90°,表现为疏水特性;经120 min紫外照射的薄膜由疏水性转变为亲水性。研究退火温度对薄膜光诱导亲水性的影响,揭示薄膜表面浸润性及其光诱导转变的形成机理。

水热法制备In掺杂ZnO薄膜的表面形貌及其光学性质被引量:1

采用水热法在ZnO籽晶层上制备了不同In掺杂量的ZnO薄膜,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、紫外可见分光光度计和荧光光谱仪等测试分析薄膜的微结构、表面形貌、透射谱和室温光致发光谱。结果表明,In离子的掺入未改变薄膜的晶相结构,但抑制了ZnO晶粒的生长,使得ZnO的结晶度明显下降。随着In含量的增加,薄膜表面rms粗糙度和平均颗粒尺寸均逐渐减小,光学带隙Eg先增大后减小。所有薄膜的PL谱中均观察到405 nm左右的紫光发光带,研究了In掺杂量对紫光发光带的强度和峰位的影响,并对其紫光发射机理进行了探讨。
