微尺度气体流动特性实验研究被引量:2

现有关于微尺度下气体流动特性的文献结果差异很大,甚至互相矛盾。文中提出入口效应以及充分发展段的流动特性与常规尺度的差异可能是影响微尺度下气体流动特性的关键因素。搭建了单相气体流动特性实验研究系统,针对这一影响因素对气体流动特性的影响规律进行了系统分析,证实了上述结论,发现微尺度下充分发展段流体的摩擦阻力明显小于常规理论预测值。针对微尺度下气体流动特性进行了系统分析。

Evaluating Breakthrough Pressure in Gas Diffusion Layers of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells被引量:1

This paper studied the breakthrough pressure for liquid water to penetrate the gas diffusion layer(GDL) of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC).An ex-situ testing was conducted on a transparent test cell to visualize the water droplet formation and detachment on the surface of different types of GDLs through a CCD camera.The breakthrough pressure,at which the liquid water penetrates the GDL and starts to form a droplet,was measured.The breakthrough pressure was found to be different for the GDLs with different porosities and thicknesses.The equilibrium pressure,which is defined as the minimum pressure required maintaining a constant flow through the GDL,was also recorded.The equilibrium pressure was found to be much lower than the breakthrough pressure for the same type of GDL.A pore network model was modified to further study the relationship between the breakthrough pressure and the GDL properties and thicknesses.The breakthrough pressure increases for the thick GDL with smaller micro-pore size.

A mass transfer model for predicting emission of the volatile organic compounds in wet building materials被引量:1

A new mass transfer model is developped to predict the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from fresh wet building materials. The dry section of wet materials during the process of VOC emission from wet building materials is considered in this new model, differing from the mass transfer-based models in other literatures. The mechanism of effect of saturated vapor pressure on the surface of wet building materials in the process of VOC emission is discussed. The concentration of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) in the building materials gradually decreases as the emission of VOCs begins, and the vapor pressure of VOCs on the surface of wet building materials decreases in the case of newly wet building materials. To ensure the partial pressure of VOCs on the surface of wet building materials to be saturated vapor pressure, the interface of gas-wet layer is lowered, and a dry layer of no-volatile gases in the material is formed. Compared with the results obtained by VB model, CFD model and the experiment data, the results obtained by the present model agree well with the results obtained by CFD model and the experiment data. The present model is more accurate in predicting emission of VOC from wet building materials than VB model.

本文搭建了板式脉动热管的实验台并进行了实验研究。在电加热循环水冷却的情况下研究了小型板式脉动热管的启动和运行特性,以及脉动热管的倾斜角度、充液率、工质等因素对板式脉动热管换热状况的影响。实验结果表明,当热管启动运行时,热端温度降低冷端温度升高,热阻减少。不同充液率和倾斜角存在着不同的临界启动功率。管内真空度对启动运行有一定的影响。在本实验条件下,热管在垂直加热、充液率为30%、工质采用丙酮时传热效果最好。

本文基于CFD手段计算分析了质子交换膜燃料电池在启动过程、负载突变两种工况下的动态响应特性,与实验结果进行了对比,分析了其影响因素.分析了燃料电池动态工况下膜内含水量、极板电流和阴极扩散层水饱和度三个参数在负载变化时的响应速度,认为膜内含水量、极板电流在2s左右即可达到平衡,而阴极扩散层水饱和度需较长时间才能达到平衡.

试验性的研究被进行理解搏动特征的热转移在这篇论文的热管子,和 PHP 用高质量的玻璃做的毛细管。在下面不同充满比率,热转移率和许多另外的影响因素,流动模式在启动,转变和稳定的舞台被观察。在热转移上加热位置的效果被讨论。试验性的结果显示没有环形的流动在加热状况的顶出现。在下面不同充满比率和热转移率,在 PHP 的流动模式从体积流动被转移到半环形的流动和环形的流动,并且热转移的表演被改进为在加热大小写下面。试验性的结果显示 PHP 抵抗的全部的热被增加与充满比率,和热转移率在充满率 50% 完成最佳。但是与改变直径为搏动加热管子热抵抗与一致直径比那高。

微流动的同伦分析法解析求解
2009年
建立了滑移流区二阶滑移流动的控制方程,引入相似变换将微尺度二阶滑移流动的控制方程变换为非线性常微分方程。采用同伦分析法解析求解了该方程,获得了微尺度滑移流动的速度分布,发现在不同Knudsen数下,充分发展段无量纲速度分布有同一交点。通过与文献结果对比验证了本文求解结果的正确性。为深入研究微尺度滑移流动的物理本质提供了数学支持。

A New Method for Analyzing VOCs Emission from Dry Materials被引量:4

为从板的不稳定的混合物排放的一个近似不可分的方法在这篇论文被介绍。煤气阶段的质传抵抗为简化计算被忽视。比作 Laplace 转变方法,建议的方法简单,并且排放流动,不稳定的混合物的房间集中和在材料的不稳定的混合物的集中分发能方便地被决定。现在的方法的结果与试验性的数据显示出好同意。在空中的全部的不稳定的有机化合物(TVOC ) 的集中上的 C0, D, K 和 N 的影响也是计算的。

建立了铜管脉动热管实验台,分析水冷条件下充液率、工质、倾斜角和是否为闭环路等因素对脉动热管传热性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着充液率的增加,整体热阻变大,原因是管内的工作流体增加,流动摩擦阻力增大,气泡的份额减小,脉动驱动力减小,加热段冷却段的温差增大;选用蒸馏水、无水乙醇以及丙酮为工质时,丙酮在脉动热管中更容易形成循环流动而使得传热性能增强,热阻最低;不同倾斜角的实验中,垂直底加热时脉动热管热阻最低,表明重力在工质回流到冷却段起到重要的作用;环路型脉动热管传热性能在相同条件下要比非闭合回路脉动热管传热性能好。

Experimental Study on the Start Up Performance of Flat Plate Pulsating Heat Pipe被引量:14

An experimental system of flat plate pulsating heat pipe was established and experimental research was carried out in this system to know the mechanism of heat transfer, start-up and operating characteristics. The factors, such as filling rate, heating power, heating method etc, which have great influence on the thermal performance of the plate pulsating heat pipe were discussed. The results indicate that heating power and filling rate are the important factors for the start-up of the plate pulsating heat pipe. The different start-up power is needed with different filling rate, and the start-up of the heat pipe in case of bottom heated is much easier than that of top heated. Increasing the heating power and enlarging the heating area can make the start-up easier. Heating power can also affect the start-up time of heat pipe under the condition of bottom heated, while it does not have some influence to the heat pipe of top heated. The thermal resistance of plate pulsating heat pipe is related with the heating power, and the higher the heating power is, the smaller the thermal resistance is. But the best filling rate which the heat pipe needs is different with different heating methods, and the performance of the heat pipe in the case of bottom heated is better than the others.
