铌锗共掺石英光纤预制棒拉曼光谱特性分析被引量:2

采用MCVD工艺制备出了氯化铌和氧化铌两种掺杂石英光纤预制棒,并对其切片样品的拉曼散射光谱进行了实验测量和特性分析。在波长为785 nm的激光泵浦条件下,分别测得了两种切片样品包层纯熔石英和芯层铌锗共掺熔石英的拉曼光谱,然后进行比对分析。结果表明,铌锗共掺熔石英的拉曼散射强度比纯熔石英的拉曼散射强度有明显的增强。由此可见,作为光纤拉曼放大增益介质,铌锗共掺石英光纤具有更高拉曼增益系数。

The effect of laser acupuncture on hypoxia tolerance and inflammation reaction in mice with optical fiber acupuncture needle intra body

Hypoxia is a disorder in which the tissues are not oxygenated adequately.The lack of oxygen may cause irreversible damage to the major organs such as the brain,heart and lungs.In severe cases,coma,seizures,and death may happen.In addition to the routine medication,acupuncture.treatment has been applied as a complementary treatment to counter hypoxia.In this paper,the optical fiber acupuncture needle was fabricated using the optical fiber imbedding into the metal capillary tube with needle tip,therefore made it easy to insert into the body for the laser treatment.The laser optical fiber needle treatment to the ST36 acupoint conducted with the laser.irradiation intra body.The normobaric hypoxia tolerance test results in mice show that the optical fber needle treatment to the ST36 acupoint with laser acupuncture appears to improve the tolerance to hypoxia.The mice treated with laser acupuncture expressed high level of IL-1βin serum.Our results suggest that laser optical fiber needle acupuncture may serve as a potential treatment for hypoxia.

Raman scattering enhancement characteristic of NbCl_5-and Nb_20_5-doped silica fibers被引量:1

Two kinds of Nb-doped silica fibers,an NbCl_5-doped fiber and an Nb_2O_5-doped fiber,are fabricated and characterized in this Letter.First,the refractive index profiles of both fibers are obtained,and then their Raman spectra are measured with 785 nm exciting light.The Nb-doped fibers'Raman spectra are compared with a conventional GeO_2-doped single-mode silica fiber that is prepared with the same method and under the same conditions.As a result,the Raman gain coefficients of the Nb-doped silica fiber core are obtained.The experimental results show that Nb_2O_5 doping can enhance the Raman scattering intensity of the optical fibers.

人体皮肤纤维细胞远程拉曼光谱检测研究

在具有表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)基底的锥形光纤探针表面生长人体皮肤纤维细胞,研究了人体皮肤纤维细胞的远程拉曼光谱检测。采用熔融拉锥和化学腐蚀法制备锥形光纤探针,通过化学自组装法将金纳米颗粒固化于锥形光纤探针表面制备出SERS锥形光纤探针。将人体皮肤纤维细胞置于金溶胶培养基混合液中培养,并贴壁生长于SERS光纤探针表面;然后利用显微拉曼光谱仪通过远程检测得到人体皮肤纤维细胞的SERS光谱,并以直接测量方式得到吞金颗粒和未吞金颗粒细胞的SERS光谱。结合远程检测和直接检测结果分析得到人体皮肤纤维细胞拉曼光谱的峰位归属,以及各拉曼特征峰对应的细胞内部组分信息。利用锥形光纤探针能够深入组织内部实施远程检测,有助于在线SERS测量在生物医学研究和诊断中的应用。人体皮肤纤维细胞的拉曼谱检测为在体研究低功率激光对延迟伤口愈合的机理提供了一种手段。

Carbon-coated magnetic particles increase tissue temperatures after laser irradiation

Purpose:This work focused on the investigation the hyperthermia performance of the carboncoated magnetic particles(CCMPs)in laser-induced hyperthermia.Materials and methods:We prepared CCMPs using the organic carbonization method,and then characterized them with transmission electron microscopy(TEM),ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)spectrophotometry,vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and X-ray di®raction(XRD).In order to evaluate their performance in hyperthermia,the CCMPs were tested in laser-induced thermal therapy(LITT)experiments,in which we employed a fully distributedfiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor to profile the tissue's dynamic temperature change under laser irradiation in real time.Results:The sizes of prepared CCMPs were about several micrometers,and the LITT results show that the tissue injected with the CCMPs absorbed more laser energy,and its temperature increased faster than the contrast tissue without CCMPs.Conclusions:The CCMPs may be of great help in hyperthermia applications.

金纳米二聚体SERS基底的近场光学特性分析

分析了金纳米球二聚体结构作为SERS增强基底的电磁增强特性,利用有限元软件Comsol Multiphysics中的射频(RF)模块计算了入射光偏振态对金纳米二聚体基底SERS增强特性的影响,阐述了金纳米颗粒间距与SERS增强因子的对应关系。此外,还计算了金纳米颗粒包裹1 nm氧化铝纳米层时的SERS增强特性,对比了包裹氧化铝纳米层前、后的增强效果,分析了氧化铝纳米层厚度对基底SERS增强因子的影响。
