环形双层液体内热毛细对流过程的数值模拟被引量:2

为了了解环形双层液体内热毛细对流的基本特征,利用有限容积法进行了数值模拟,液池外壁被加热,内壁被冷却,液封流体为氧化硼,熔体为砷化镓,其宽深比为4。模拟结果表明,液封能极大地抑制熔体内流动,使其速度降低约两个数量级;浮力会削弱液封层内的流动,强化熔体内流动.

Steady thermocapillary-buoyant convection in a shallow annular pool. Part 1:Single layer fluid被引量:1

This paper examines the steady thermocapillarybuoyant convection in a shallow annular pool subjected to a radial temperature gradient. A matched asymptotic theory is used to obtain the asymptotic solutions of the flow and thermal fields in the case of small aspect ratios,which is defined as the ratio of the layer thickness to the gap width. The flow domain is divided into the core region away from the cylinder walls and two end regions near each cylinder wall. Asymptotic solutions are obtained in the core region by solving the core and end flows separately and then joining them through matched asymptotic expansions. For the system of silicon melt,the asymptotic solutions are compared with the results of numerical simulations. It is found that the two kinds of solutions have a good agreement in the core region for a small aspect ratio. With the increase of aspect ratio,the applicability of the present asymptotic solutions decreases gradually.

利用有限元法对勾形磁场环境下硅单晶Czochralski生长时炉内的传递过程进行了全局数值模拟,磁场强度范围为(0~2.0)T。结果表明,勾形磁场可有效抑制熔体内的流动;随着磁场强度增加,熔体内对流逐渐减弱,加热器功率增大,结晶界面温度梯度在磁场强度为0.05 T时略有降低,之后增加;结晶界面形状在磁场强度为0.05 T和0.1 T时向熔体侧弯曲,之后随磁场的增加,变得平坦;同时,熔体内的传质机制逐渐转为以扩散为主;结晶界面平均氧浓度随磁场强度的增加而逐渐降低,当磁场强度高于1.0 T时,结晶界面氧浓度会略有上升.

采用数值模拟方法研究微重力条件下环形双层液体内存在水平温度梯度时的热毛细对流及其稳定性。流体为5cSt硅油/HT-70,外壁被加热、内壁被冷却,下固壁和上自由表面均绝热。结果表明:当Ma较小时,流动为稳定的轴对称流动;随着Ma和深宽比的增大,流动加强,等温线发生强烈的非线性变形;当Ma超过临界值后,流动转化为非稳定的多胞流动;随着Ma和深宽比的增大,速度振荡增大并向热壁方向运动,多胞流动结构占据区域拓展;流动转变的临界Ma随着深宽比的增大而减小。

Instability of forced flow in a rotating cylindrical pool with a differentially rotating disk on the free surface被引量:2

The instability of forced flow in a rotating cylindrical pool with a differentially rotating disk on the free surface is investigated through a series of unsteady three-dimensional numerical simulations.The results show that the basic flow state of this system is axisymmetric and steady,but has rich structures at the meridian plane.However,when the rotation Reynolds number exceeds a critical value,the flow will undergo a transition to three-dimensional oscillatory flow,characterized by the velocity fluctuation waves traveling in the azimuthal direction.The main characteristics of the flow patterns are presented,including the propagating direction,velocity,amplitude and wave number,which depend on the rotation rates and directions of the disk and the cylindrical pool,and the critical conditions for the onset of oscillatory flow are also determined.For the case of disk-only rotation,the centrifugal instability is responsible for the flow transition,and when the disk isoand counter-rotates with the cylindrical pool,the mechanisms for the transition are elliptic and of circular shear instabilities,respectively.

环形液池内低Pr数流体热毛细对流的线性稳定性

利用线性稳定性理论分析了低Pr数(Pr=0.011)流体在环形液池内的热毛细对流,以此了解环形液池内热毛细对流的转变特性。液池外壁被加热,内壁被冷却,底部固壁和顶部自由表面均绝热。结果表明,随着液池深宽比的增加,临界Marangoni数和临界波数都逐渐减小,且当液池深宽比超过0.12后,临界波数基本不变;随着液池内外半径比的增加,临界Marangoni数会逐渐减小,但变化幅度不大,而临界波数有一个大的增加。

深径比对邱克拉斯基结构内旋转驱动流动的影响

为了了解深径比对邱克拉斯基(Czochralski)结构内旋转驱动流动的影响,利用有限容积法进行了三维非稳态数值模拟。结果表明:随着液池深径比的增加,流动逐渐加强,当旋转速度超过某一临界值后,流动转变为三维非稳态振荡流动。随着液池深径比的增加,速度波振荡幅度增大,速度波波数和周向传播方向都随之改变;浅液池内坩埚旋转作用占主导地位,速度波传播方向与坩埚旋转方向相同,深液池内晶体旋转大于坩埚旋转对流动的影响,速度波传播方向和晶体旋转方向相同。

Asymptotic solution of thermocapillary convection in two immiscible liquid layers in a shallow annular cavity被引量:6

The steady laminar two-dimensional thermocapillary convection of two superposed horizontal liquid layers in a shallow annular cavity was investigated using asymptotical analysis.The liquids were supposed to be immiscible with a nondeformable interface.The cavity was heated from the outer cylindrical wall and cooled at the inner wall.Bottom and top surfaces were rigid and adiabatic.Asymptotic solutions were obtained in the core region in the limit as the aspect ratio,which was defined as the ratio of the lower layer thickness to the gap width,and trended to zero.The numerical experiments were also carried out to compare with the asymptotic solution of the steady two-dimensional thermocapillary convection.It is found that the expressions of velocity and temperature fields in the core region are valid in the limit of the small aspect ratio.

环形腔内双层薄液层热毛细对流的渐近解被引量:2

为了解水平温度梯度作用下环形腔内双层薄液层热毛细对流的基本特性,采用渐近线方法获得了热毛细对流的近似解.环形腔外壁被加热,内壁被冷却,上、下壁面绝热.结果表明,当环形腔宽度与内半径比趋于零时,环形腔退化为矩形腔,所得到的主流区速度场和温度场的表达式演化为Nepomnyashchy等得到的矩形腔内的结果;与数值模拟结果的比较发现,在主流区渐近解与数值解吻合较好.

环形液层内热毛细对流的线性稳定性分析被引量:5

为了了解液层深度对热毛细对流不稳定性的影响,利用线性稳定性理论分析了内径为20mm、外径为40mm、深度为1~20mm的环形液层内硅油(Pr=6.7)的热毛细对流,重点考察了发生热流体波的临界温差及热流体波的临界周向波数,结果表明,临界温差随液层深度的增加而降低。讨论了浮力对热流体波及其临界条件的影响,并证实了常重力条件下当液层厚度大于5mm时,热流体波呈静止状态这一现象。
