长白山不同海拔梯度森林土壤中性糖分布特征被引量:4

2010年7月,采集长白山北坡5个典型植被带(阔叶红松林、明针叶林、暗针叶林、岳桦林和高山苔原)林下土壤,研究了不同海拔梯度下森林土壤的中性单糖分布、数量及其影响因素,并结合中性糖来源差异探讨土壤有机质的生物化学积累机制.结果表明:在长白山不同海拔梯度下,森林土壤的中性糖差异显著,中性糖来源碳在土壤有机碳(SOC)中的相对含量为80.55~170.63 mg.g-1,并且随海拔升高呈递增的趋势.采用多元线性拟合分析发现,生长季平均气温是影响土壤中性糖相对含量的主要因素,低温有助于中性糖的积累.土壤中(半乳糖+甘露糖)/(阿拉伯糖+木糖)为1.62~2.28,且随海拔升高呈增加趋势,说明土壤中微生物来源中性糖的贡献随海拔升高逐渐增加.微生物熵随海拔升高而降低,说明低温条件下微生物活性下降而对外源碳的利用效率提高,植物残体被微生物分解转化后,以微生物同化物的形式固存于土壤中,从而增加了微生物来源中性糖的比例.

Developing conservation strategies for Pinus koraiensis and Eleutherococcus senticosus by using model-based geographic distributions被引量:4

We described potential changes in the geographic distribution and occurrence probability of Pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc. and Eleutherococcus senticosus(Rupr. et Maxim.) Maxim. in the counties of northeast China. This information was used to identify priority areas for protection and provide protection and management recommendations within each studied county. The two species were mapped in 2884 study plots throughout this region over a 4-year period(38 400N–53 300 N, 115 050E–135 020E). We used the species distribution models(Maxent), systematic conservation planning models(Marxan), and Geographic Information Systems(Arc GIS10.0). The distributions of two species were correlated in the study area, enabling unique and economically viable joint conservation measures to be implemented. Three models were combined to identify feasible priority conservation sites. We used local spatial statistics to assess all identified conservation areas in relation to potential climate change based shifts in the geographic distribution of the two species. Model-based conservation strategies were used to identify effective measures to protect and utilize these two tree species in the study region. This study presents a novel technique for assessing wild plant distributions, in addition to serving as a model for the conservation of other species within the framework of general forest management, ecological construction, and geographical surveying.

氮沉降增加对原始阔叶红松林蚯蚓种类和数量的影响被引量:1

氮沉降是影响陆地生源要素生物地球化学循环的主要环境因子之一。以往对凋落物和土壤有机碳降解过程中分解者的作用研究主要集中在微生物方面,而对土壤动物蚯蚓的研究较少。对中国长白山阔叶红松林林地施氮处理6年,施氮量为背景条件下增加N 50 kg·hm^(-2)·a-1,运用手捡法和方形土壤采样器对森林覆盖层和土壤矿质层中蚯蚓种类和数量进行了调查,并采用元素分析仪测定了凋落物和土壤层中的有机碳氮含量。结果显示,在对照和施氮样地,蚯蚓的种类和密度分布模式相似,共观察到4种类型的蚯蚓,分别是表栖类的赤子爱胜蚓(Eiseniafoetida)和环毛蚓(Pheretima sp.)、内栖类和深土栖类的长白山杜拉蚓(Drawidachangbaiensis)及蚯蚓的幼虫线蚓(Enchytraeidae spp.)。其中,Eiseniafoetida种类的密度最大,可以达到25 individuals·m^(-2),其次为Drawidachangbaiensis种类,其密度可达到6 individuals·m^(-2),Pheretima sp.的密度最小,甚至在本次调查的施氮样地并未发现该类蚯蚓。3种功能群在两个处理中总的密度分别为对照样地23 individuals·m^(-2)、施氮样地为31 individuals·m^(-2),长白山阔叶红松林对照和施氮土壤中蚯蚓的种类和密度没有明显差异(P=0.238)。在调查的4个层位中,总碳并未受到氮添加的影响,同时,总氮也并未呈现出显著的变化,这与蚯蚓的研究结果一致。该研究可为氮沉降对森林生态系统的影响的进一步研究提供参考。

Effects of vegetation height and density on soil temperature variations被引量:12

Reduction in vegetation cover caused by human activities has a great impact on soil temperature. It is important to assess how soil temperature responds to reduction of vegetation height and density. In this paper we first report the trends of mean annual soil surface and air temperatures recorded at the meteorological stations near the Ecological Research Station for Grassland Farming (ERSGF) from 1961 to 2007, then we setup an experiment using reed (Phragmites australis) stalks with different heights and densities to simulate effects of different vegetation height and density on soil and air temperatures. The warming rates of the mean annual soil and air temperatures were 0.043 and 0.041C a 1 , respectively. Changes of soil temperature were characterized by both increased mean annual maximum and minimum soil temperatures. At the experimental site, mean daily temperature, mean daily maximum soil and air temperatures increased significantly. In contrast, mean daily minimum soil temperature increased significantly while mean daily minimum air temperature decreased significantly as the height and density of reed stalks reduced during the experimental period. Mean diurnal soil temperature ranges were smaller than mean diurnal air temperature ranges. These results highlight that the importance of vegetation cover on soil and air temperatures.

长期施氮与减水处理对红松和蒙古栎根际磷浓度的影响被引量:5

磷素循环作为陆地生态系统对全球变化响应的关键过程之一,其研究还存在很大的不确定性。本文以长白山阔叶红松林为研究对象,采用长期野外施氮降水控制实验手段,分析了施氮和降水控制第6年优势树种红松和蒙古栎根际土壤全磷和有效磷浓度的变化。结果显示:长期施氮显著提高根际土壤全磷浓度7.4%-10.9%,两个树种根际土壤全磷浓度差异不显著;长期施氮显著提高根际土壤有效磷浓度,红松和蒙古栎根际土壤有效磷浓度分别提高25.1%和32.4%;蒙古栎根际土壤有效磷浓度比红松高31.8%~84.1%。减水处理对红松和蒙古栎根际土壤全磷、有效磷浓度影响均不显著。

Species-dependent responses of soil microbial properties to fresh leaf inputs in a subtropical forest soil in South China

Aims Forest disturbance from extreme weather events due to climate change could increase the contribution of fresh green leaves to the litter layer of soil and subsequently alter the composition and activity of the soil microbial properties and soil carbon cycling.The objective of this study was to compare the effect of naturally fallen litter and fresh leaves on the soil microbial community composition and their activities.Methods Fresh leaves and normal fallen litter were collected from four tree species(Pinus elliottii,Schima superba,Acacia mangium,A.auriculaeformis)in subtropical China and mixed with soil.Soil microbial community composition was determined using PLFAs,and its activity was quantified by soil respiration.During a 12-month period,the decomposition rate of litter was measured bimonthly using a litterbag method.Soil microbial samples were collected after 6 and 12 months.Soil respiration was measured monthly.Important Findings We found that fresh leaves decomposed faster than their conspecific fallen litter.Although total microbial biomass and bacterial biomass were similar among treatments,soil fungal biomass was higher in fresh leaf than fallen litter treatments,resulting in greater values of the Fungal phospholipid fatty acids(PLFAs)/Bacterial PLFAs ratio.Fungal PLFA values were greater for Schima superba than the other species.The effect of litter type on soil respiration was species-dependent.Specifically,fallen litter released 35%more CO_(2) than fresh leaves of the conifer P.elliottii.The opposite pattern was observed in the broadleaf species whose fresh leaf treatments emitted 17%–32%more CO_(2) than fallen litter.Given future predictions that global climate change will cause more disturbances to forests,these results indicate that conifer and broadleaf forests in subtropical China may respond differently to increased fresh litter inputs,with net soil microbial respiration decreasing in conifer forests and increasing in broadleaf forests.

三维电极-电Fenton法处理孔雀石绿染料废水研究被引量:9

目的研究三维电极-电Fenton法降解孔雀石绿废水的处理效果及各因素对废水色度和COD去除率的影响.方法控制反应时间、初始pH值、电解质种类和质量浓度、电解电压、极板间距和曝气强度,分析色度和COD去除效果.结果单因素试验结果表明:色度为500~600倍,COD质量浓度为500~600 mg/L的孔雀石绿废水在pH为3,电解质Na2SO4质量浓度为5 g/L,电压16 V,极板间距9 cm,曝气强度为0.8 L/min的条件下反应120 min,脱色率和COD去除率分别达到了91.97%和70.61%,出水色度为40.67倍,出水COD质量浓度为149.69 mg/L.满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287—2012)间接排放标准.结论三维电极-电Fenton法能够有效处理孔雀石绿染料废水,对废水的色度和COD均有较高的去除率.

微波辅助类Fenton体系处理印染废水的试验被引量:4

目的研究微波辅助类Fenton体系降解活性艳红X-3B染料废水的处理效果及p H值、催化剂投加量、H_2O_2投加量、微波辐照时间、功率等因素对废水色度和COD去除率的影响.方法制备催化剂,在微波辅助的条件下,控制pH值、H_2O_2投加量、微波功率及辐照时间、催化剂投加量,比对活性艳红X-3B的处理效果.结果初始色度为1 897倍的活性艳红X-3B废水,在催化剂投加质量浓度为10 g/L、初始pH值为3、H_2O_2投加浓度为17.5 mmol/L、微波功率为400 W,辐照时间为8 min的最优条件下,色度去除率最高可以达到99.08%,COD最大去除率达到89.12%.结论微波辅助类Fenton体系能有效处理活性艳红X-3B废水,提高废水的色度去除率和COD去除率,且该类Fenton体系投药量低,适用的pH范围也更广.

江西大岗山杉木人工林生态系统碳汇功能研究被引量:9

研究森林生态系统碳储量以及碳汇功能是一项基础工作,对评价森林生态系统在碳平衡中的作用有着重要意义。对江西大岗山16年生杉木人工林生态系统碳储量和碳平衡进行研究,估算其碳汇/源功能。结果表明:杉木人工林生态系统总生物量为156.256 t·hm-2,乔木层占94.9%,林下层生物量为3.197 t·hm-2,年凋落物归还量为4.756 t·hm-2;杉木人工林碳储量为77.246 t·hm-2,其平均年净生产力为6.837 t·hm-2,其碳汇能力为1.595(±1.179)t·hm-2a-1,可见杉木人工林林生态系统显著地固定了大气中的CO2,有着明显的碳汇作用。

T-RFLP分析不同森林类型土壤真菌组成及分布被引量:2

在长白山森林生态系统定位站,利用T-RFLP技术研究了6种不同森林类型土壤真菌组成及其分布特征。结果表明,6种不同森林类型土壤真菌多样性指数以白桦林中后期最高,过熟阔叶红松林次之,杨桦成熟林最低。不同森林类型的真菌群落相似度也很低,其数量、类型及分布均存在着差异。
