欠驱动自主水下航行器空间曲线路径跟踪控制研究被引量:11

针对具有模型不确定性和输入饱和的欠驱动自主水下航行器(AUV),提出一种基于改进反步法的简单实用三维空间曲线路径跟踪鲁棒控制器。在Serret-Frenet坐标系下建立了空间曲线路径跟踪误差模型,结合视线角制导和虚拟向导法,设计了基于李雅普诺夫理论和改进反步法的运动学和动力学控制器。不同于传统的积分器反步法,该方法在控制器设计中采用跟踪误差的积分来增加控制器的鲁棒性,不会增加系统的状态变量和计算量;针对设计的运动学控制器存在非因果现象的问题,借助动力学模型求解出运动学控制器表达式;针对传统反步法存在的"微分爆炸"现象及动力学控制器过于复杂的问题,采用非线性跟踪微分器对控制器进行简化。仿真结果表明:采用所设计的基于改进反步法的控制器能够实现欠驱动AUV在模型参数不确定性和输入饱和作用下的三维空间曲线路径跟踪控制,控制精度和鲁棒性明显优于常规反步法。

大型飞机机载系统预测与健康管理关键技术被引量:73

为确保飞机的高可靠性、高安全性和高维修保障性,大型飞机机载系统均装备了先进的故障预测与健康管理(PHM)系统,以实现高可靠运行和健康服役。从大型飞机健康管理体系结构入手,介绍了基于国际标准分层开放式的故障预测与健康管理空地结构,及其开放式、模块化和标准接口规范。着重分析了机载健康管理传感器网络和鲁棒故障特征提取方法、分层聚类和交叉增强校核的智能故障诊断算法和基于数据驱动与失效物理结合的故障预测算法等关键技术,探讨了基于健康状态的维修保障决策方法。最后,给出了空地一体的飞机故障预测与健康管理评价方法和健康管理技术的适用性分析。

Active fault tolerant control for vertical tail damaged aircraft with dissimilar redundant actuation system被引量:6

This paper proposes an active fault-tolerant control strategy for an aircraft with dissimilar redundant actuation system (DRAS) that has suffered from vertical tail damage. A damage degree coefficient based on the effective vertical tail area is introduced to parameterize the damaged flight dynamic model. The nonlinear relationship between the damage degree coefficient and the corresponding stability derivatives is considered. Furthermore, the performance degradation of new input channel with electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) is also taken into account in the damaged flight dynamic model. Based on the accurate damaged flight dynamic model, a composite method of linear quadratic regulator (LQR) integrating model reference adaptive control (MRAC) is proposed to reconfigure the fault-tolerant control law. The numerical simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed fault-tolerant control strategy with accurate flight dynamic model. The results also indicate that aircraft with DRAS has better fault-tolerant control ability than the traditional ones when the vertical tail suffers from serious damage.

改进盲源信号处理的集成动力装置故障诊断被引量:1

针对高速集成动力装置中振动信号相互耦合严重而普通方法无法进行有效分离的问题,提出一种改进的盲源信号处理方法.该方法在传统盲源分离方法的基础上,通过故障机理获得的先验知识确定源的数量和频率特征,从而有效地提升故障信号源的分离效果.试验验证结果表明,采用改进的盲源信号处理方法处理后的信号与实际系统的故障特征吻合度很高,该方法能够有效地应用于高速集成动力装置的故障诊断并提高诊断精度.

长期贮存平台惯导系统壳体效应变化行为模型

长期贮存条件下平台惯导系统壳体效应具有与使用状态不同的漂移特性,其漂移规律与各性能参数退化及其相互耦合特性相关,在工程应用中往往难以分析贮存条件下壳体效应稳定性水平和合理配置标定维护资源。本文通过全面分析伺服电路零位和框架轴上干扰力矩引起壳体效应漂移的原理及其漂移表达式,在此基础上深入挖掘了表达式中漂移参数的变化特性,综合给出了伺服电路零位和框架轴上干扰力矩引起壳体效应漂移的变化行为模型,并结合实际贮存环境剖面对其进行了长期漂移特性、加速特性和稳定性分析,分析表明在现有贮存条件下,伺服电路零位和框架轴上干扰力矩引起的壳体效应在X、Y和Z轴的长期漂移特性相近,与实际使用状态的响应特性不同,且无加速特性,具有较好的稳定性水平,从而为合理安排标定维护资源提供了依据。

基于边频相对能量和的柱塞泵磨损状态识别被引量:6

摩擦磨损是飞机柱塞泵典型的渐进性故障,因磨损量难以直接测量,通常采用振动信号进行间接测量.磨损引起的振动信号故障特征微弱,对磨损状态进行准确地识别比较困难.针对上述问题,提出了基于谐波分量边频相对能量和的磨损状态识别方法,该方法对壳体振动信号进行Hilbert包络解调消除高频周期干扰,得到清晰的谐波分量,在各谐波分量的特定边频区间内计算最大能量与平均能量的比值并求和,将该值作为新的特征量来表征柱塞泵的不同磨损状态,利用网格法对边频区间范围寻优.结果表明,边频相对能量和相比传统的特征频率能量对磨损状态的区分度更高,适于磨损状态识别.

Active fault-tolerant control strategy of large civil aircraft under elevator failures被引量:4

Aircraft longitudinal control is the would lead to catastrophic accident of aircraft. most important actuation system and its failures This paper proposes an active fault-tolerant control (AFTC) strategy for civil aircraft with different numbers of faulty elevators. In order to improve the fault-tolerant flight control system performance and effective utilization of the control surface, trim- mable horizontal stabilizer (THS) is considered to generate the extra pitch moment. A suitable switching mechanism with performance improvement coefficient is proposed to determine when it is worthwhile to utilize THS. Furthermore, AFTC strategy is detailed by using model following technique and the proposed THS switching mechanism. The basic fault-tolerant controller is designed to guarantee longitudinal control system stability and acceptable performance degradation under partial elevators failure. The proposed AFTC is applied to Boeing 747-200 numerical model and simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed AFTC approach.

高速集成动力装置的故障诊断研究

高速旋转集成动力装置工作转速高,热累积效应明显,因此性能退化速度快。研究动力装置关键旋转元部件的故障机理,确定小空间多点振动耦合,给出基于盲源分离的故障特征提取和故障诊断方法,基于累积损伤和集中参数热模型给出了集成动力装置性能退化规律。理论和试验表明,盲源分离故障诊断方法和基于集中参数欠冷却的热模型规律适合于高速旋转集成动力装置的故障诊断和故障率变化分析。

Nonlinear dynamic modeling of a helicopter planetary gear train for carrier plate crack fault diagnosis被引量:16

Planetary gear train plays a significant role in a helicopter operation and its health is of great importance for the flight safety of the helicopter. This paper investigates the effects of a planet carrier plate crack on the dynamic characteristics of a planetary gear train, and thus finds an effec- tive method to diagnose crack fault. A dynamic model is developed to analyze the torsional vibra- tion of a planetary gear train with a cracked planet carrier plate. The model takes into consideration nonlinear factors such as the time-varying meshing stiffness, gear backlash and viscous damping. Investigation of the deformation of the cracked carrier plate under static stress is performed in order to simulate the dynamic effects of the planet carrier crack on the angular displacement of car- rier posts. Validation shows good accuracy of the developed dynamic model in predicting dynamic characteristics of a planetary gear train. Fault features extracted from predictions of the model reveal the correspondence between vibration characteristic and the conditions (length and position) of a planet carrier crack clearly.

An accelerated life test model for harmonic drives under a segmental stress history and its parameter optimization被引量:4

Harmonic drives have various distinctive advantages and are widely used in space drive mechanisms. Accelerated life test (ALT) is commonly conducted to shorten test time and reduce associated costs. An appropriate ALT modet is needed to predict the lifetime of harmonic drives with ALT data. However, harmonic drives which are used in space usually work under a segmental stress history, and traditional ALT models can hardly be used in this situation. This paper proposes a dedicated ALT model for harmonic drives applied in space systems. A comprehensive ALT model is established and genetic algorithm (GA) is adopted to obtain optimal parameters in the model using the Manson fatigue damage rule to describe the fatigue failure process and a cumulative dam- age method to calculate and accumulate the damage caused by each segment in the stress history. An ALT of harmonic drives was carried out and experimental results show that this model is acceptable and effective.
