The direct separation of protein from Lentinan by anion exchange was studied with resin 717.The protein can be separated from Lentinan by controlling the pH value and the eluted speed of chromatography column.The optimum conditions of purification are:the pH value is 8.8～9.2;the eluted speed is 1.0mL/min.xThe resin can be regenerated by 0.5mol/L HC1 solution.The purity of Lentinan reached 90%after separating protein.
