羧基化碳点-铝(Ⅲ)复合荧光探针定量检测氟离子被引量:4

制备了羧基化碳点(CDs)并利用其羧基与金属离子的配位特性构建了三价铝离子(Al3+)-CDs复合荧光探针,进一步利用氟离子与羧基对金属铝离子的竞争特性建立了环境中氟离子的定量检测方法.结果表明,Al3+使表面羧基化荧光CDs簇集而发生显著的荧光猝灭.当F-存在时,由于F-能与Al3+发生强烈相互作用,CDs分散,荧光恢复.据此建立荧光增强定量检测F-的方法,其线性范围为4.0×10-5~6.0×10-3mol/L.该法用于玻璃厂排放的废水中F-的检测,回收率在93%~106%之间,相对标准偏差RSD小于7.6%,简单快速.

罗丹明内酰胺和铜离子荧光法检测人工湿地中的磷酸根离子被引量:5

研究发现,PO_4^(3-)在中性条件下抑制Cu^(2-)催化罗丹明内酰胺水解生成强荧光罗丹明B的反应,抑制的程度与PO_4^(3-)的浓度具有线性关系。由此,建立了检测PO_4^(3-)的荧光分光光度法。在pH 7.0的条件下,方法的线性范围为3.0×10^(-6)~4.5×10^(-5)mol/L,相关系数为0.9938,检出限(3σ)为1.6×10^(-7)mol/L。本方法用于人工湿地中PO_4^(3-)的检测,加标回收率为93.0%~108.0%,相对标准偏差小于6.0%。

The Effect of the Structure of Polychlorinated Biphenyls on their Hydroxylation, Oxidation,and Glutathionyl Conjugation Reactions被引量:1

Objective To compare the nature of the metabolites formed from the phase I metabolism (hydroxylation and oxidation) and phase II metabolism (glutathionyl conjugation) of PCBs that have different chlorine substitution patterns. To discuss the structure-activity relationships and metabolic mechanisms of PCBs. Methods 4-CI-biphenyl (PCB3), 4,4'-CI-biphenyl (PCB15), 3,4,3',4'-Cl-biphenyl (PCB77) were used for in vitro metabolic study. LC/MS and UV-Vis studies were performed for metabolites identification. Results The cytochrome P-450 catalyzed hydroxylation rate decreased as the number of chlorine substitutions increased. In this reaction, PCB3 was fully metabolized, approximately half of the PCB15 was metabolized and PCB77 was not metabolized at all. The oxidation rate of PCB15-HQ was higher than that of PCB3-HO. under various oxidation conditions. The LC/MS and UV-Vis data suggest that in the conjugation reaction of PCB15-Q and GSH, the Michael addition reaction occurs preferentially over the displacement reaction. Conclusion The metabolic profiles of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) are dramatically affected by chlorine substitution patterns. It is suggested that the metabolic profiles of PCBs are related to their chlorine substitution patterns, which may have implications for the toxicity of PCB exposure.

Maintenance of the activity of mono-dispersed Au and Ag nano-particles embedded in agar gel for ion-sensing and antimicrobial applications

Composite materials were synthesized by encapsulating Au and Ag nanoparticles in an agar gel matrix. These metallic nano-particles were found to be separately stored, so their optical, catalytic, and antibacterial properties were retained both in the composite gel and a composite membrane. The composite gels were stable under hard external conditions. Based on this, a sensor for the detection of Hg2+ was developed using the Au nanoparticle/agar composite gel. Antibacterial materials were achieved using the Ag nanoparticle/agar composite gel and composite membrane. These two Ag nanoparticle-based materials showed good antibacterial activity against Gram-negative Escherichia coli and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus.

寡聚核苷酸稳定银纳米簇荧光探针的合成及含巯基药物的高选择性分析测定被引量:1

金属纳米团簇具有很好的光电特性,但因其化学活性高而不易稳定存在于水介质中.根据核苷酸的所有碱基中胞嘧啶与Ag+的结合能力最强,寡聚鸟苷酸易折叠和序列中同时存在腺嘌呤和胸腺嘧啶易发生杂交导致自身团聚等因素,本文设计了胞嘧啶和腺嘌呤各占50%的寡聚核苷酸序列模板分子用于合成稳定性好、荧光性能优异的银纳米簇,并进一步应用于含巯基药物的分析测定.研究表明,含巯基药物通过巯基能高选择性地与银纳米簇发生相互作用形成Ag?S键,使得银纳米簇的荧光发生静态猝灭.据此,本文建立了以抗高血压药物卡托普利为代表的含巯基物质的分析方法.该方法快速、准确、选择性好、灵敏度高,可成功应用于卡托普利片剂的分析.

Mercuric ions induced aggregation of gold nanoparticles as investigated by localized surface plasmon resonance light scattering and dynamic light scattering techniques被引量:2

With the development of nanosciences, both localized surface plasmon resonance light scattering (LSPR-LS) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) techniques have been widely used for quantitative purposes with high sensitivity. In this contribution, we make a comparison of the two light scattering techniques by employing gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) aggregation induced by mercuric ions. It was found that citrate-stabilized AuNPs got aggregated in aqueous medium in the presence of mercuric ions through a chelation process, resulting in greatly enhanced LSPR-LS signals and increased hydrodynamic diameter. The enhanced LSPR-LS intensity (A/) is proportional to the concentration of mercuric ions in the range of 0.4-2.5 laM following the linear regression equation of A/= -84.7+516.4c, with the correlation coefficient of 0.983 (n = 6) and the limit of determi- nation (3o-) about 0.10 gM. On the other hand, the increased hydrodynamic diameter can be identified by the DLS signals only with a concentration of Hg2+ in the range of 1.0-2.5 gM, and a linear relationship between the average hydrodynamic diame- ters of the resulted aggregates and the concentration of Hg2+ can be expressed as d = -6.16 + 45.9c with the correlation coeffi- cient of 0.994. In such case, LSPR-LS signals were further applied to the selective determination of mercuric ions in lake water samples with high sensitivity and simple operation.
