研究了黄C(耐寒型)和Mo17(低温敏感型)两种耐寒性不同的玉米自交系幼苗在低温逆境(5℃,3d)下,根、中胚轴和胚芽鞘3个部位过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和脯氨酸(Pro)含量变化及与其耐寒性的关系.结果表明,低温期间,黄C的中胚轴、胚芽鞘相对生长率显著高于Mo17;黄C的根、中胚轴、胚芽鞘3个部位的CAT、POD活性和Pro含量变化率(其中,中胚轴分别为39·02%、-31·35%和86·86%)均高于Mo17(中胚轴变化率分别为1·86%、-48·67%和12·01%);黄C3个部位的质膜透性(中胚轴为22·05%)均低于Mo17(中胚轴为29·11%).逐步回归分析表明黄C低温期间积累的干物质主要与Pro含量有关,而Mo17主要与POD活性有关,玉米幼苗中胚轴对低温反应最敏感,中胚轴Pro含量变化率与玉米耐寒性关系最密切.

Genetic analysis of fruit shape traits at different maturation stages in sponge gourd被引量:7

The fruit shape is important quantitative trait closely related to the fruit quality. However, the genetic model of fruit shapes has not been proposed. Therefore, in the present study, analysis of genetic effects for fruit shape traits (fruit length and fruit perimeter) in sponge gourd was conducted by employing a developmental genetic model including fruit direct effects and maternal effects. Analysis approaches of unconditional and conditional variances were applied to evaluate the genetic behavior of fruit shape traits at economical and physiological maturation times. The results of variance analysis indicated that fruit length and fruit perimeter were simultaneously affected by fruit direct genetic effects and maternal effects. Fruit direct genetic effects were relatively more important for fruit shape traits at whole developmental period. The gene expression was most active at the economical maturation stage (1~12 d after flowering) for two shape traits, and the activation of gene was mostly due to direct dominance effects at physiological maturation stage (13~60 d after flowering). The coefficients due to different genetic effects, as well as the phenotypic correlation coefficients, varied significantly between fruit shape traits themselves at various maturation stages. The results showed that it was relatively easy to improve fruit shape traits for industrial purpose by carefully selecting the parents at economical maturation stage instead of that at physiological maturation stage.

采用响应面结合主成分分析方法优化黄瓜种子GA_3包衣浓度和贮藏时间的组合.采用响应面试验设计的二因素14个组合对黄瓜种子GA_3浓度和贮藏时间进行处理,然后进行发芽试验.对得到的苗高、叶绿素含量和根系活力指数进行主成分分析,对得到的主成分向量进行响应面分析,找到了提高黄瓜幼苗苗高、叶绿素含量和根系活力的最佳处理组合.

Relationships between changes of kernel nutritive components and seed vigor during development stages of F_1 seeds of sh_2 sweet corn被引量:6

The changes of kernel nutritive components and seed vigor in F1 seeds of sh2 sweet corn during seed development stage were investigated and the relationships between them were analyzed by time series regression (TSR) analysis. The results show that total soluble sugar and reducing sugar contents gradually declined, while starch and soluble protein contents increased throughout the seed development stages. Germination percentage, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index gradually increased along with seed development and reached the highest levels at 38 d after pollination (DAP). The TSR showed that, during 14 to 42 DAP, total soluble sugar content was independent of the vigor parameters determined in present experiment, while the reducing sugar content had a significant effect on seed vigor. TSR equations between seed reducing sugar and seed vigor were also developed. There were negative correlations between the seed reducing sugar content and the germination percentage, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index, respectively. It is suggested that the seed germination, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index could be predicted by the content of reducing sugar in sweet corn seeds during seed development stages.

试验对玉米9个自交系发芽和苗期的耐寒性进行了鉴定,在常温(25℃)和低温(11℃)胁迫下分别测定了种子发芽特性及幼苗素质的各项指标.以各性状低温与常温下测定值的比值(相对值)作为耐寒性评价指标.结果表明,在低温逆境下,苗比根对低温更敏感,耐寒自交系的根和幼苗总干重未下降.通过聚类分析,解决了由于性状相对值差异微小而难以评价自交系耐寒性的问题,将自交系分成了耐寒、中等耐寒和低温敏感3类.相关性分析表明,相对发芽率、相对幼苗总干重、相对地上部苗干重、相对根干重之间显著相关,是较好的耐寒性评价指标.

多胺对玉米种子吸胀期间耐冷性和种子发芽能力的影响被引量:48

以玉米耐寒自交系黄C和低温敏感自交系Mo17为材料,研究了亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)引发对玉米种子吸胀中的耐冷性和种子发芽能力的影响。种子经0.25mmolL-1的Spd和Spm引发72h后,在5℃下低温吸胀不同时间(12、24、36和48h)。结果表明,Spd和Spm引发提高了胁迫期间两自交系胚内过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,以及可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸(Pro)含量,降低了胚渗出液的核苷酸含量,同时显著提高发芽率,并显著缩短平均发芽时间。低温吸胀48h后,与对照相比,Spd和Spm处理分别提高两自交系种子的平均发芽率18.5%和14.0%,分别缩短平均发芽时间1.21d和1.14d。黄C在种子吸胀期间的耐冷性强于Mo17。总之,Spd和Spm处理能提高玉米种子吸胀期间的耐冷性,提高低温胁迫下种子发芽能力。

Sh-2超甜玉米乳熟期籽粒大小糖分积累酶活性变化及其相关性分析被引量:5

试验研究了夏季两个不同播期的sh-2超甜玉米乳熟期籽粒大小、糖分积累、酶活性的变化及其相关性.结果表明,由于籽粒乳熟后期脱水,籽粒长度、宽度、厚度、体积和可溶性总糖、果糖含量呈中间高,两头低的抛物线型;籽粒淀粉酶、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性变化也均呈抛物线型;曲线符合方程=a+bx+cx2(y为籽粒大小、糖含量、酶活性,x为授粉后天数,a,b,c为参数).相关分析表明,在播期一,α-淀粉酶、β- 淀粉酶、POD、SOD活性与籽粒长度、宽度、厚度、体积和可溶性总糖、果糖含量均无显著相关;在播期二,α-淀粉酶活性与籽粒长度、宽度、体积和可溶性总糖、果糖含量,SOD活性与籽粒长度、体积存在显著负相关.

研究了25个sh-2甜玉米自交系及其组配的15个sh-2型F_2籽粒的5个品质性状的遗传特点、杂种优势、亲子回归关系.结果表明,亲本间,除籽粒还原糖含量外,可溶性总糖、蔗糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量是否存在显著差异,对F_2籽粒品质有明显影响.F_2籽粒可溶性总糖、还原糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量近低亲遗传,而蔗糖含量近高亲遗传.杂种F_2籽粒可溶性总糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量普遍介于双亲之间,杂种优势不强;还原糖含量普遍表现为低亲,没有超亲优势;蔗糖含量以超亲为主,有明显杂种优势.亲本对F_2杂交籽粒可溶性总糖、还原糖、蔗糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量均表现为正效应;除还原糖品质外,其他品质性状受父本的影响较大.研究表明,了解sh-2甜玉米亲本营养品质性状,能很好的预测其F_2籽粒营养品质性状,使育种更有目的性.

Effects of Priming in Combination with Fungicides on Germination and Infestation of Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.)被引量:3

Two seed lots of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) cv. Krlowa Majowych were primed in polyethylene glycol (PEG) 8000 at -1.25MPa for 7 days in dark at 20C. Two fungicide treatments combined with PEG were used to control fungi: 1) Funaben T(0.1%) and Apron 35 SD (0.02%) were added to -1.25 MPa PEG solution (PEG+F); 2) After seed priming and drying,Funaben T was mixed at 5 g kg-1 and Apron 35 SD at 1 g kg-1 of seeds (PEG then F dust). PEG, PEG+F and PEG then F dusttreatments reduced significantly thermodormancy and increased the seed germination at 35C in both lots. PEG then Fdust treatment had the best effect on reducing seed thermodormancy at 35C, and increased seed germination to 64.5% inlot 1 and 72.0% in lot 2 compared to 0 in untreated. PEG and PEG then F dust treatments have accelerated germinationspeed at 20 and 15C in both lots. There was a significant reduction in seed infestation in which the seeds were treatedwith PEG+F and PEG then F dust compared to untreated seeds and PEG primed seeds. PEG priming enhanced seedinfestation considerably by Alternaria alternata, Penicillium spp., Rhizopus spp. and Ulocladium spp. Mycologicalanalysis showed higher frequency of Alternaria alternata and Ulocladium spp. in untreated seeds at 20C. Priming incombination with fungicides significantly alleviated the infestation of fungi, especially Alternaria alternata infestation.
