Effect of hormonal status and metabolic changes of restricted ewes during late pregnancy on their fetal growth and development被引量:1

This study investigated the effects of hormonal status and metabolic changes of restricted ewes during late pregnancy on the ovine fetus growth and development. One hundred Mongolian ewes, synchro- nized for oestrus and mated, were divided into three groups and offered 0.175 MJME·kgw-0.75·d-1 (Re- stricted Group 1, RG1), 0.33 MJME·kgw-0.75·d-1 (Restricted Group 2, RG2) and ad libitum access to feed (Control Group, CG) during their late pregnancy respectively. The results suggested that with the sup- ply of exogenous energy decreasing during late pregnancy, maternal body weight and net body weight loss in RG2 and RG1 were lower than those of CG (P<0.01). The insulin and IGF-1 concentrations of ewes in RG2 and RG1 tended to be lower than those of CG (P>0.05), but the GH concentrations in RG2 and RG1 were enhanced and there was significant difference between RG1 and CG on d 120 of gesta- tion (P<0.05). The glucose concentration of ewes in RG2 and RG1 was decreased throughout the feed restriction period, and the differences were observed between RG1 and CG on d 120 of gestation (P<0.05). In addition, the nonesterified fatty acid (NEFA) and total amino acid (TAA) concentrations of ewes in RG2 tended to increase, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). However, the NEFA and FAA concentrations of ewes in RG1 were reduced from d 90 to d 120 of gestation, then enhanced from d 120 to d 140 of gestation. During the late pregnancy, with the supply of nutrition decreasing, the negatively physiological and biochemical maternal reactions to restriction became worse, which sig- nificantly reduced the average lamb birth weight and daily growth rate of fetus in RG2 (P<0.05) and RG1 (P<0.01).

选择经同期发情且同期受孕,在妊娠90天的健康蒙古绵羊100只,分为0.175MJME·kgw-0.75·d-1(限饲1组:restricted group 1,RG1),0.33MJME·kgw-0.75·d-1(限饲2组:restricted group 2,RG2)以及自由采食组(control group,CG)3个营养水平处理组,研究妊娠后期限饲母羊血液理化指标变化对其胎儿生长发育的影响.结果表明:妊娠后期随着摄入外源能量的降低,RG1和RG2组母羊体重、母体净失重均显著低于对照组(P<0.01).血中类胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素(insulin,INS)浓度RG2和RG1组都不同程度的降低(P>0.05),而生长激素(growth hormone,GH)浓度都不同程度的升高,且在妊娠120天时,RG1组显著高于CG(P<0.05).母羊整个限制期RG2,RG1组血糖(glucose,GLU)浓度都低于CG组,其中妊娠120天时,RG1组与CG组差异显著(P<0.05).另外,RG2组母羊血中非酯化脂肪酸(nonesterified fatty acid,NEFA)及总氨基酸(total amino acid,TAA)浓度表现出高于CG组的趋势(P>0.05),而RG1组母羊血中NEFA和TAA浓度先降低而后又逐步升高超过对照组水平(P>0.05),表现出不同的变化趋势.本实验中,随着营养水平的降低,母体各项血液理化指标受影响程度逐步加深,这导致RG2(P<0.05),RG1(P<0.01)组羔羊平均初生重和胎儿平均日增重显著低于CG组.

妊娠后期限饲对母羊分娩后血中GHI、GF-I、T_3、T_4和INS浓度的影响被引量:3

选择经同期发情且同期受孕,妊娠90 d的健康蒙古绵羊100只,分为代谢能(ME)0.175 MJ/(kgw0.75.d)(RG1)0、.33 MJ/(kgw0.75.d)(RG2)以及自由采食对照组(CG)3个营养水平处理组,研究妊娠后期不同营养水平限制饲养对母羊分娩后生理补偿期内血中GH、IGF-I、T3、T4和INS浓度的影响。结果表明:母羊从分娩后10 d开始,各限制组RG1和RG2组GH浓度均处于较高水平,而IGF-I、INS、T3、T4浓度仍处于较低水平,与对照组相比差异不显著;分娩30 d后,各组各指标变化复杂,RG1和RG2组GH浓度均有所下降,而IGF-I、INS、T3、T4浓度缓慢回升,到150 d后,各限制组GHI、GF-II、NS、T3、T4浓度都与对照组水平持平,而且在整个生理补偿期内,RG2组表现更突出。
