Numerical Simulation and Experimental Research on the Influence of Solid-phase Characteristics on Centrifugal Pump Performance被引量:11

The law governing the movement of particles in the centrifugal pump channel is complicated; thus, it is difficult to examine the solid-liquid two-phase turbulent flow in the pump. Consequently, the solid-liquid two-phase pump is designed based only on the unary theory. However, the obvious variety of centrifugal-pump internal flow appears because of the existence of solid phase, thus changing pump performance. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the flow characteristics of the solid-liquid two-phase pump. In the current paper, two-phase numerical simulation and centrifugal pump performance tests are carried out using different solid-particle diameters and two-phase mixture concentration conditions. Inner flow features are revealed by comparing the simulated and experimental results. The comparing results indicate that the influence of the solid-phase characteristics on centrifugal-pump performance is small when the flow rate is low, specifically when it is less than 2 m3/h. The maximum efficiency declines, and the best efficiency point tends toward the low flow-rate direction along with increasing solid-particle diameter and volume fraction, leading to reduced pump steady efficient range. The variation tendency of the pump head is basically consistent with that of the efficiency. The efficiency and head values of the two-phase mixture transportation are even larger than those of pure-water transportation under smaller particle diameter and volume fraction conditions at the low-flow-rate region. The change of the particle volume fraction has a greater effect on the pump performance than the change in the particle diameter. The experimental values are totally smaller than the simulated values. This research provides the theoretical foundation for the optimal design of centrifugal pump.

IS型离心泵内部流动的三维数值模拟

基于标准κ-ε双方程湍流模型和SIMPLEC算法,采用Fluent软件对一台IS型离心泵内部整个三维流场,在不同工况下分别进行了定常湍流计算,并分析了不同工况下内部流动的差异性,获得了离心泵各过流部件内的流动特性,发现隔舌的存在导致泵内流动呈现非对称性。在数值模拟的基础上,得到该离心泵的性能曲线,并与试验性能曲线进行对比,结果显示两者在总体上吻合。

MZr_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)O_3(M=Pb,Nd)压电陶瓷的制备和表征

以硝酸铅(钕)、硝酸锆和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用固相反应法制备PbZr0.5Ti0.5O3和NdZr0.5Ti0.5O3陶瓷材料,利用XRD和高倍光学显微镜对产物进行了表征,并利用Radiant Precision Workstation铁电测试仪测试了两种材料的电滞回线,结果表明:在实验条件下,NdZr0.5Ti0.5O3的极化强度、剩余极化强度及矫顽电场分别为160μC·mm-2、126μC·mm-2、22.5kV·mm-1。用Nd取代Pb的NdZr0.5Ti0.5O3可获得较高的极化强度、剩余极化强度及矫顽电场。

MZr_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)O_3(M=La,Nd,Ce)的制备及其铁电性能测试

采用改进的硬脂酸法制备了系列MZr0.5Ti0.5O3(M=La,Nd,Ce)陶瓷粉体材料。考察了MZr0.5Ti0.5O3的电滞回线,在此基础上通过电滞回线测试了CeZr0.5Ti0.5O3对温度和电场频率的响应情况。结果表明:LaZr0.5Ti0.5O3和CeZr0.5Ti0.5O3具有一定的电滞特性,但电滞回线并不完全对称;在本实验条件下,NdZr0.5Ti0.5O3不具备铁电性;温度升高,CeZr0.5Ti0.5O3的剩余极化强度也提高;测试电场频率降低,内偏场的数值也随之降低,而矫顽电场、剩余极化强度则明显提高。

非定常固液两相流对双流道泵磨损性能的影响被引量:17

基于Mixture多相流模型和RNGκ-ε湍流模型,应用Fluent软件对双流道泵内非定常固液两相流进行了数值模拟,并分析了两相流对双流道泵磨损性能的影响。结果表明:泵的扬程和效率均随时间变化呈现正弦性规律;固相颗粒主要集中在叶轮前、后盖板和蜗壳进口前壁面处;叶轮后盖板中间凸起部位发生严重冲击磨损,其他区域均发生滑动磨损;蜗壳壁面均发生滑动磨损,而隔舌部位发生较为严重的冲击磨损。研究结果可为双流道泵的性能预测和优化提供一定的理论支撑。

分流叶片周向位置对小型轴流风扇性能的影响被引量:3

以五叶片的小型轴流风扇为原型,设计出3种不同周向位置分流叶片的模型,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型进行定常数值模拟,对比分析诸模型间的静特性、叶片表面静压分布和涡量分布,选出静特性最佳模型为最优模型对其进行非定常计算,研究其气动噪声性能。结果表明:小型轴流风扇中适当增加分流叶片可以提高静压系数和效率,3种带分流叶片模型叶片表面静压分布均匀,分流叶片可以抑制原型叶片尾缘涡脱落,分流叶片的最优的位置为流道中间,该最优模型前方100mm处的监测点的A计权声压级在各个频段均低于原型模型,功率谱密度峰值均出现基频处,且最优模型的峰值低于原型。研究结果可以为小型轴流风扇结构优化和降噪提供依据。

叶片倾斜角度对小型轴流风扇静特性的影响被引量:1

采用叶片周向倾斜设计法,改变一直叶片小型轴流风扇叶型,得到不同周向倾斜角的小型轴流风扇,并对其内部流场进行定常流动的数值模拟,分析直叶片、前倾斜叶片、后倾斜叶片等风扇叶型对气动性能的影响。模拟结果表明,采用叶片前缘倾斜设计可减弱附面层分离,改善风扇流动状况,从而达到提高风扇静压和效率的目的。

Numerical and Experimental Study on Aerodynamic Performance of Small Axial Flow Fan with Splitter Blades被引量:4

To improve the aerodynamic performance of small axial flow fan, in this paper the design of a small axial flow fan with splitter blades is studied. The RNG k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm were applied to the steady simulation calculation of the flow field, and its result was used as the initial field of the large eddy simulation to calculate the unsteady pressure field. The FW-H noise model was adopted to predict aerodynamic noise in the six monitoring points. Fast Fourier transform algorithm was applied to process the pressure signal. Experiment of noise testing was done to further investigate the aerodynamic noise of fans. And then the results obtained from the numerical simulation and experiment were described and analyzed. The results show that the static characteristics of small axial fan with splitter blades are similar with the prototype fan, and the static characteristics are improved within a certain range of flux. The power spectral density at the six monitoring points of small axial flow fan with splitter blades have decreased to some extent. The experimental results show sound pressure level of new fan has reduced in most frequency bands by comparing with prototype fan. The research results will provide a proof for parameter optimization and noise prediction of small axial flow fans with high performance.

固液两相离心泵内部非定常流动特性研究被引量:9

为研究固液两相流离心泵内部的非定常流动特性,基于滑移网格方法,采用RNGκ-ε湍流模型以及ASMM代数滑移混合物模型,对一台高比转速固液两相离心泵内部流场进行非定常流动的数值模拟,通过分析清水工况数值计算结果、外特性性能实验结果以及固液两相流非定常数值计算结果,获得了非定常条件下固液两相输送离心泵的瞬时外特性曲线和内部流动及磨损规律。研究结果表明:在一个转动周期内,离心泵的扬程、效率和轴功率均呈现正弦波动特征;动静干涉效应使得叶轮出口处的速度和静压分布均呈现周期性波动;模型泵叶轮前后盖板的磨损情况比蜗壳壁面的磨损严重。上述计算结果可为实现高比转速固液两相流离心泵的优化水力设计和减轻磨损提供一定的理论参考。
