火电厂动力配煤优化模型研究被引量:3

针对某火电厂配煤方案的要求,通过引入0-1型整数变量,实现了对混煤中单煤数目的限制,并且在分析现有单煤与混煤煤质关系的基础上,设计了基于配煤成本最低且单煤资源受限的0-1混合整数规划模型.为了获得更低的配煤成本,结合企业自身技术改造和设备升级等方法,在允许混煤煤质参数溢出给定边界值的情况下,通过在目标函数中加入相应的罚函数,修正了上述模型.最后经CPLEX求解,获得了成本更低的配煤方案:标煤单价下降了3.6%,而混煤煤质参数的变化不超过给定边界值的0.4%.

多目标选择性拆卸序列优化问题的分散搜索算法被引量:3

针对多资源约束下顺序依赖的选择性拆卸序列优化问题,建立以最大拆卸收益和最小拆卸时间为优化目标的多目标数学模型,提出了一种多目标分散搜索优化算法进行求解.该算法针对本文问题的特点设计了一种保持足够多样性的初始解生成方法,满足拆卸优先关系的交叉组合算子以及改进的参考集更新策略.为了进一步提高解的质量设计了一种局域搜索策略,并利用外部存档方法存放pareto解集.应用多组实例进行计算实验,并与其他求解该问题的算法进行比较,实验结果表明本文算法优于对比算法,证明本文模型和算法求解本类问题有效.

Two-Stage Mathematical Programming Approach for Steelmaking Process Scheduling Under Variable Electricity Price被引量:6

The steelmaking process scheduling problem by considering variable electricity price (SMSPVEP) was investigated. A decomposition approach was proposed for the SMSPVEP. At the first stage, mathematical programming was utilized to minimize the maximum completion time for each cast without considering variable electricity price. At the second stage, based on obtained relative schedules of all casts, a mathematical model was formulated with an objective of minimizing the energy cost for all casts scheduling problem. The two-stage models were tested on randomly generated instances based on the practical process in a Chinese steelmaking plant. Computational results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Memetic algorithm for multi-mode resource-constrained project scheduling problems被引量:1

A memetic algorithm(MA) for a multi-mode resourceconstrained project scheduling problem(MRCPSP) is proposed. We use a new fitness function and two very effective local search procedures in the proposed MA. The fitness function makes use of a mechanism called "strategic oscillation" to make the search process have a higher probability to visit solutions around a "feasible boundary". One of the local search procedures aims at improving the lower bound of project makespan to be less than a known upper bound, and another aims at improving a solution of an MRCPSP instance accepting infeasible solutions based on the new fitness function in the search process. A detailed computational experiment is set up using instances from the problem instance library PSPLIB. Computational results show that the proposed MA is very competitive with the state-of-the-art algorithms. The MA obtains improved solutions for one instance of set J30.
