传导沥青混凝土的融雪化冰试验研究及数值分析被引量:9

在沥青混凝土中添加导热相材料—石墨可有效提高沥青材料的热传导性能。该文在普通沥青混凝土中掺入石墨设计出了传导沥青混凝土路面,并通过在传导沥青混凝土路面中埋入换热管道达到冬季融雪化冰的目的。全文从室外大板试验到数值分析对比,说明了传导沥青混凝土路面融雪的适用性及可行性。

Investigation on Fatigue Model of Asphalt Concrete Containing Conductive Fillers

The snow and ice on asphalt pavement are very dangerous to people,automobiles and airplanes,so melting snow and ice becomes a high profile. Investigation on the asphalt concrete containing conductive fillers has a great contribution to the researches of melting snow and ice. However,it is few to research on the fatigue behavior which is important in the profile. By four-point bending fatigue tests,the specific fatigue models of conductive asphalt concrete were developed. The parameters of three fatigue models were regressed,the three models predicted the fatigue behavior by the strain levels,the strain levels and initial mix stiffness and dissipated energy respectively. In the model of the strain levels,the fatigue life is decreased at the same strain level as the conductive filler is added. The model based on the strain levels and initial mix stiffness reveals that the fatigue life is partly affected by the initial mix stiffness which is influenced by the conductive filler. The model used the dissipated energy approach is adopted to predict the fatigue behavior with the introduction of the impact the conductive filler on the dissipated energy.

Rheological Properties of Conductive Asphalt Binders Containing Graphite and Carbon Fiber Before and After Ageing被引量:1

Modified asphalt binders were prepared by adding conductive materials, graphite and carbon fiber. The rotation thin film oven test (RTFOT) and pressure age vessel test (PAV) were conducted to simulate the binder aging in the field. Rheological properties of graphite and carbon fiber modified asphalt binder were investigated by the empirically rheological properties (penetration and softening point) and the dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) test. Results show that physical properties of asphalt binder change with conductive material mixed. DSR tests present that the values of complex modulus increase while phase angles decrease under a proper amount of graphite and carbon fiber. Rutting parameters point out that graphite can improve the rutting resistance of asphalts. Rheological parameters can be used to assess aging.

地球上化石能源的储量是有限的,而人类发展对能源的需求是无限的。探索可再生能源的利用方法和提高现有能源的利用效率,是解决人类发展过程中能源和环境两个根本问题的主要途径。由于黑色沥青路面具有很强的吸收太阳能的能力,利用沥青路面吸收太阳能成为了一项新型的能源利用技术。基于我国在能源需求和沥青路面的养护技术等方面的现状,归纳了沥青路面太阳能集热技术的研究和应用进展,从理论和试验两个方面总结了沥青路面太阳能集热规律。指出了今后的研究工作主要集中在数值及试验研究太阳能的转换、沥青路面集热器的优化和能量的跨季节存储等方面。

A Novel Method for Evaluating Fatigue Properties of Bonding Layers Used in Bridge Deck Pavement

A new method was used to evaluate the fatigue properties of the bonding layer used in the bridge deck pavement. The shear fatigue test of three bonding layers was conducted on a dynamic shear rheometer(DSR). The fatigue formulas were gained for these layers. The experimental results indicate that, at the same torque level or at the same frequency, neoprene latex asphalt bonding layer exhibits excellent fatigue performance when compared to other two bonding layers.

Fatigue Performance of Bridge Deck Pavement Materials被引量:1

Three beam samples of bridge deck pavement were prepared, with gradation types of AC-13, and AC-16 and combined AC-13+AC-16. Four-point bending test was adopted to investigate the fatigue performance of these beam samples. The experimental results indicate that the initial bending stiffness is related to the type of beam sample samples decreases as the increase of the controlled strain fatigue resistance and bigger limiting bending strain at pared with single beam sample, the fatigue performance and testing temperature. Fatigue life of these level. The AC-13 beam sample exhibits better the given strain level and temperature. Corn- of combining beam samnle is relatively poor.
