本文在专业课程思政协同育人的背景下,针对成本管理课程存在的教学思政目标不够明确、教学形式单一、思政育人成效不佳等问题,基于翻转课堂进行混合式教学模式改革实践。提出了“五维度一中心”的成本管理课程思政协同育人框架,遵循“以学生为中心”宗旨,从教学目标,教学内容,教学形式、考核方案及教师素养五个维度开展成本管理课程思政协同育人路径探究和实践工作,对学生知识技能习得和思政育人成效达成有较好的促进作用,为当前高等教育新工科教学改革研究提供一些思路。In the context of collaborative education of ideological and political education in specialized courses, facing up with problems like unclear teaching objectives, stereotypical teaching forms, and poor effectiveness of ideological and political education in cost management course, this article carries out a blended online and offline teaching reform practice based on the concept of “flipped classroom”. A “Five Dimensions and One Center” framework for cost management course ideological and political collaborative education has been proposed, following the principle of “student-centered”, exploring and practicing the path of cost management course ideological and political collaborative education from five dimensions: teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching forms, assessment methods, and comprehensive quality of teachers themselves. This has a good promoting effect on students’ knowledge and skills acquisition and the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and provides some ideas for the current research on new engineering teaching reform in higher education.
