Uterine distress is one of the high dangerous elements causing the invury of central nervous system of newborns. In order to propel the development of national eugenic policy, we sieved 225 cases with intracranial injury, with 24. 89 percent of incidence. Among which, 26 cases with simple intracranial hemorrhage, 7 cases with HIE, and 23 cases with both. The incidence of uterine distress was higher in the premature and low weight birth newborns.The longer distress lasts, the more intracranial injury occurs. Therefore, it was suggested that: To improve the clvil quality, the newborns suffered with intracranial distress should be sieved routinel with Echoencephalography to decreased missed diagnosis and diagnose and treat
