A study on change of contents and distribution of the rare earths in roasted tobacco plant and effects on chemical composition in roasted tobacco leaves of the rare earths was reported. The results indicate that the content of rare earths in tobacco plants distribute mainly in leaves;spraying the rare earths can promote the plant to absorb the soluble rare earths in soil;the plant gains the rare earth mainly from soil;the rare earths have good effects on the quality of roasted tobacco leaves.
The 6bromo1,3benzodiozole4carbonaldehyde was synthesized by using 2hydroxy3methoxy benzaldehyde as an original reactant, through three steps of bromination, demethylation and methylenation. The title compound was identified by elemental analysis. IR, 1HNMR and MS. The melting point was 113114℃ determined with macroscope melting instrument and was 113.8℃ determined with DSC.
The title compound was synthesized with calix [4] arene and 3,4 dihexadecyloxy benzenediazomium tetrafluoroborate. Its structure was elucidated with elementary analysis, IR and 1 HNMR, and their properties relevant to liquid crystal were determined by using DSC and texture. The phase transition temperature K64M244I.It was found that the compound has the opticity. The specific rotation [α] 25 D=+25.86 (C, 0.58, CHCl 3).
