This paper reports the experimental data of metastable phase equilibrium of Li+,K+/Cl-,CO32-—H2O quaternary system at 298K for Zhabuye salt lake in Tibet,from which the metastable phase diagrams were plotted This quaternary system is a simple evtonic type,and no double salt or solid solution is formed.The isotherm diagram consists of two invariant point,five univariant curves and four crystallization fields corresponding to K2CO3·3/2H2O,KCl,Li2CO3 and LiCl·H2O salt.It is found in the metastable equilibrium phase diagram that: ① the crystallization speciations of K2CO3·3/2H2O,LiCl·H2O,Li2CO3,and KCl are the same as those in the stable equilibrium one;② potassium chloride field is also enlarged.
