Flavonoids from Bambusa multipleleaves were prepared according to L9（34）orthogonal test plan.The relationship between extracting conditions and yield of flavonoids extracted from Bambusa multiple leaves was investigated.The results showed that processing conditions affected the yield.In decreasing order of effectiveness,the conditions used were:1)types of extracting solvents,2)extracting time,3)time of pre-extraction immersion,and 4)temperature of extraction.The varieties of extracting solvents had a significant effect on the yield（P<0.05）,but the other conditions did not affect the yield to a significant degree （P>0.05）.
