The absorption spectra of Hypocrellin B in liposome remains its initial character,but it causes a redshift.The concentration of the enveloped HB,pH and the materials enveloped HB play an important role for changes of the fluorescence emission spectrums of HB in liposomes.The fluorescence emission spectrum of HB in liposomes varies little in the spectral shape,but the maximum emission peak of HB decreases drastically in liposomes.In addition,it was found that HB can act as a new kind of fluorescence probes to study the multi-environment of micellar and biological macromolecular systems.
