China entering WTO can be expected. Jiangsu Province is the big economic province and the third foreign trade coast in China. It has clearly meaning that how Jiangsu Province face WTO not only to economic development of Jiangsu Province but also of China. The article analyses the advantage and disadvantage of Jiangsu Province traditional industry economy, points out six contradiction about how Jiangsu Province face WTO, researches the countermeasure and advances the author’s opinion.
