This article introduced the various representations of psychological factors in clinics. Mental consultation and the principle, technique and method of therapy were considered the basic knowledge and skills that all the medical staff must know well and master. The medical staff must change their habit of using biological mode to evaluate and solve the non-medical problems in medical environment. They should train themselves to have a professional habit and evaluate and observe clinical problems from the psychological angle of view.
