Two pairs of structural isomers isolated from Aconitum nagarum var.lasiandrum have been differentiated by ESI MS using hydroxylamine hydrochloride(NH2OH·HCl) derivative method.
The chemical constituents of the essential oil from the whole plants of the traditional Tibetan medicine of Codonopsis thalictrifolia Wall.were analyzed by GC-MS.More than 60 peaks were separated and 45 of them were identified by comparing their mass spectra with that of the standards in the database and the literatures.
The flavone-C-glycosides of Passiflora incarnate L.was analyzed by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(ESI MS/MS).Based on the information of pseudo molecular ions and fragment ions of the glycosides obtained by using tandem mass spectrometry,four major flavone-C-glycosides have been detected and identified as vitexin,swertisin,orientin and 7-methoxyluteolin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside,respectively.
