A checklist of Gergithus Stl is provided.Two new species,G.rugiformis,sp.nov.and G.bimaculatus,sp.nov.are described and illustrated from Yunnan Province and Chongqing City,China.The type specimens of new species are kept in the Insect Collection,College of Plant Protection,Southwest University（SWU）.
