After analysing trade barrier in the field of international legal services,the authors come to a conclusion that a trend of development towards a mutual fusion and combination among top law firms has gained momentum internationally under the background of economic globalization. Such being the situation,Chinese lawyers have to enhance their international competitiveness through means of perfection of domestic market and system of legal services.
