The utilization of containers has caused a revolution in the international transportation system. The characteristics of the container business are that the bigger and the more transnational the container leasing Company is, the more economical and effective it is,therefore,the more fraglie it is and the more necessary it is for the lessee to cooperate with it and for the law to protect it. Thus it is necessary to create maritime lien for the debt arising from the breach of the container lease. In this article, the legal peoblems of creeting the maritime, lien is emphatically analysed and some proposals for the creation of the maritime lien are given.
