The paper designs a set of indicators to measure and compare the informatization level of Beijing and some other international metropolitans. The conclusion is that it is still huge the distance Beijing lags behind other international metropolitans.
The article expounds the meaning of international economic information demand and meaning for supply,studies their concepts,characters and their development factors influencing demand and supply of international economic information as well as influence each other.On this basis,analyses the gap between demand and supply of international economic information,discusses how to narrow the gap,how to increase effective information supply,and put forward the suggestion of meeting the leaders’needs of the Party and government and people of various circles in our society on international economic information demand.
This paper described the performance of social and economic development of China from 1998～2000.By comparing economic level of China with developed countries,the authors thought that to pull up to developed countries,China has a long way to go.
