In this essay the author makes a review of the book Discoveries and Studies of Islamic-world Cultural Relics in China,which introduces comprehensively the substantial Islamic cultural relics from abroad unearthed in China in the past over half a century,and,by analyzing relevant literal records and making comparative studies between these objects and their counterparts in Chinese cultural heritage,demonstrates one side of Sino-Islamic cultural exchange in AD 8th to 15th centuries.Thus the book made up the gap in this academic field.
